If this isn’t the worst hotel in Charleston, it is trying to be! The hotel’s condition is 3rd rate. I’ve been in better hotels in 3rd world countries. Dogs barking next door. Ants in the bed. Significant highway noise and an old couch in the parking lot. It just needed an angry gang and it could have been a Hollywood apocalyptic movie set! Much better options for your money.

This hotel located across street from a yacht dock, has a great and interesting view. Also there is popular restaurant - American dreams nearby.

Sorry to say this was not a great experience. Hall carpets filthy. Noisy air conditioner and desk chair peeling. No USB ports at bedside. Mold on lamp. Tiny bars of soap for shower. Shower curtain dirty and was so long it hung in tub. $15 for uncovered self parking. Just nasty

Hotel was poorly maintained, door didn't close or locked securely. Plastic synthetic blankets. Toilet not flush properly. Television didn't work. No refrigerator. Pool dingy, crummy furniture. Not a lot of healthy choices for breakfast.

The rooms had a fowl odor…had to basically fight the doors to open …breakfast was blaaah

The room had a nice view of the river. The room was big and comfortable with a recliner as well as a desk with a desk chair to sit in. This tub had Jets for massage purposes. The shower had plenty of water pressure. Two things prevented me from giving this a five star rate. One is that you have to pay extra for parking. That's through a third-party app. Second, was that it took 2 hours past check-in time to get my room. They did give me a free bottle of water while I waited. If you stay here, make sure you go. Eat a meal at California restaurant 5 minutes walk from hotel

Didn’t like the bugs in the room nor did I like how there was a screw in the shower handle to fix it. There was also molding coming off around the bathtub. Otherwise it was an ok place and convenient to everything. Price was great.

Outdated and the room we stayed in a “ one bedroom “ suite was awful it flooded the first night of our stay. I actually fell on the flooded surface around 12:40am

Bed was comfortable, but there wasn’t a microwave or fridge in the room. My room was to close to the highway. I did see a couple of pest.

We arrived late at night. Was assigned a room, only to discover upon opening the door that it was already occupied. Staff was rude, and it took 30 minutes to get another room. While waiting, a large piece of the ceiling tile fell down in the lobby.

There was no in room fridge or Microwave, Ice was n9t available and the room was marginally clean. Very disappointing

Propriedade mal cuidado porta toalhas quebrado, suporte do secador quebrado. Tinha aviso para estadia prolongada solicitação de limpeza do quarto: solicitamos com antecedência, mas só atenderam após queixa com a gerência do estabelecimento quando da nossa chegada no final do dia. Elevador com mau cheiro todos os 3 dias de permanência.

Could use some updating. If you are just looking for a quick place to sleep, it works but nothing fancy.

The only ice machine that we found that worked was located on Floor 1. We went to desk and asked for extra pillows because of 2 double beds and they didn't have any, only 2 towels and wash cloths in room with occupancy of 4, so we had to go get more. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Dull lighting also.
