Great hotel toght next to the State Capital & Capital Park. Room was very comfortable, roomy & bed was comfortable. Great cocktail bar but restaurant for dinner time is closed Mondays & Tuesdays. Found an amazing restaurant for dinner, very walkable, the Prelude. 5 STARS & must try.

Cleanliness

Nice clean rooms.Attentive staff.I will certainly return soon.

$30 for parking when we weren’t even there for a full day. Then when we left to get out it charged us another $2 because they had millions of signs saying “pay at kiosk before leaving on level one” “cannot pay at front kiosk” so we paid on level one and left. In that amount of time from paying to our car they charged us that $2 that we ended up having to pay in the front. Anything for an extra couple bucks.. shame on you

Nice hotel with a very comfortable bed and relaxing tv power saving mode of a fireplace but I wish I would have known they were hosting prom. It was a little hectic for a bit but it was nice to chill at the bar. The bar manager was very snobby and didn’t seem like she had customer service skills and didn’t want to work. Once she left the bar mood was very chill. Try the pretzel it’s a must.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom fan never turned on. Bathroom mirror was dusty except for the middle.

No parking space avaialble

Very nice hotel with friendly employees. The room was wonderful. 1344 had a great view of the park. I could’ve done without the 20 kids in the pool doing cannon balls when I just wanted to relax.

Things I liked: then front desk receptionist was kind to my kids Things I didn’t like: The room door was very hard to open and we even had to get a security person to come and open. I was charged for water that we didn’t open in the room. The room service ordering was extremely difficult — didn’t work through the app and had to call 5x to get to someone. The food didn’t look good and was over priced for the small amount.

Children friendly

Great location. Beds are comfortable. The front desk was very helpful. Rooms are quiet.

Extremely easy and quick check in and they had a cute little Dino hunt in the lobby and a toy bin that kids can choose a toy from, very exciting for my hotel loving 4 year old!

The hotel is beautiful. Jasmine was amazing at helping us check in.
