Great room and staff. Really nice spa services. Alfredo’s and Faro Blanco are great restaurants and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Great diving with Scuba Du, too.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is friendly, and the food is good. The beach is well-maintained, and facilities are readily available. The gym is excellent.

It is luxurious, but also feels like you are in Mexico with thatched roof restaurant and lobby. It is a secluded compound, so we feel really safe. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The people are so kind and the food is really good. The snorkeling with the reef right off the resort is really fun.

The beach, pool, everything was so accessible. Snorkeling at the beach was amazing! Food options were good and we also enjoyed going into town to eat. I was there with my three teenagers.

My wife’s purse was stolen from the room and the hotel didn’t do anything about it

3rd time staying here and always a 5 star hotel. Service is always the best!

The staff was magnificent. Gustavo at Le Cap was a joy to be around. My only complaint were the pillows. Next time I'll bring my own and it will be absolutely perfect.

Hermoso hotel, por lo rapido que íbamos a Cozumel no compramos ningún tour para hacer snorkel y la playa del hotel tiene arrecifes y se puede hacer sin ningún problema allí, la disfrutamos muchísimo, la comida muy rica. Fuimos dos adultos y 1 un niño, la habitación impecable, hemos decidido que regresaremos.

La mejor opción en Cozumel

El hotel es hermoso, un concepto diferente a los hoteles de Cancún o playa ya que no es tan grande, pero tiene todo lo que necesitas y una playa realmente privilegiada y hermosisima. Fuimos a mitad de junio, no estaba tan lleno el hotel y lo disfrutamos enormemente. Cozumel también es hermoso por si solo. El mismo hotel nos ofreció la renta de un yate para ir a snorkelear a los arrecifes y fue una experiencia mágica y super sencilla ya que el yate fue por nosotros directo al hotel, quitando cualquier estrés de tener que ir a otro lado. El personal super atento, de buen humor y siempre con una sonrisa, que la verdad enaltece mucho la experiencia. En serio que las playas de cozumel fueron mágica y bellísimas, muy limpias y el agua lo suficientemente templada para meterte al mar y disfrutarlo por horas. En la playa del hotel hay peces pequeños! así que recomiendo mucho llevar y goggles o equipo para snorkel y de preferencia bloqueador que no sea dañino para los peces. A mi en general no me gusta snorkelear y me daba hasta un poco de miedo, pero realmente todo lo que vivimos valió realmente la pena. Muy contentos con toda nuestra experiencia, el resort, las playas, el staff, todo. Completamente recomendable. Solo un pequeño consejo, para los amantes del café, el café del desayuno no es muy rico, pero las capsulas que dejan en el cuarto te hacen un café delicioso.

The beach service could be better and the food wasn’t the greatest. I ordered several different items from the menu that were a complete miss.
