Clean room

I have stayed at this motel twice recently. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. However, on my first stay there was no hot water in my room at night and no tv signal during my second stay. During both stays a foul sewer odor arose from the sink when the water was running. The motel charges a $5.00 resort fee at check-in, a bit of an insult when they fall short on the basics.

The front desk staff and Asst Mgr were very nice and accommodating. We had a small TV issue in our room, and he came right away and took care of it. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean But toilet has to be hand flushed. Sickening

Staff were very friendly. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Bathroom needs more counter space.

Bates Motel would be a better option!

Clean room, comfy bed. A lot of out of order signs up like for the pool, hot tub, gym equipment, security doors do not lock, anyone could enter the building. Front desk check in was pleasant Shower was nice and hot

Breakfast area was limited on food and seating. Walls were thin. We complained about a dog barking most of the night. Nothing changed. We left early

The pool didn't have a good color, the water was getting dirty

Door locks to the room do not work correctly. Couldn’t get into the first room. Gave me another room. Had to mess with the handle about 6 to 8 times to get it open. Woman loitering with dogs unleashed in the lobby. She was removed by staff. Man in a hoodie carrying a 5gal bucket with random items and booze wandering around the parking lot looking in the back of peoples vehicles. Staff was helpful and polite. Building is mediocre at best. Room was clean and well kept

The room was clean. The secondary door was broken and not able to lock and be secured. Visitors were coming in late night. Fix the lock! Dining area needed more attention

Clean room. TV wouldn't work. Staff was unable to remedy it. The diverter lever in tub did not work properly to shut off water.

Had trouble getting in the room need some update we were tired so we needed to rest so we stayed.

The hotel was worth the value. The staff was outstanding.

The value you get at this hotel.is amazing. As we speak i went from this beautiful hotel to a run down hotel that cost more than this hotel. I stay at hotels at least 60 days a year on business and this is at least 120 to 130 dollars a night hotel.

Qualities is one of the best places to stay in Winslow, the staff is always friendly and make you feel like they've known you forever!😁 They have a nice little breakfast in the morning and it's right off the freeway!!
