L’hôtel est à deux minutes à pied de la gare et de l’arrêt de tramway Alamanni Stazione. J’avais une chambre au premier étage donnant sur la rue mais il n’y a pas de problème de bruit car les fenêtres sont doublées. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très correct sans être énorme, sucré/salé disponible; un petit reproche, il démarre à 7h30 ce qui est un peu tard de mon point de vue lorsqu’on a une sortie de prévue hors de Florence. Un paquet de chaines de télé disponibles, plus les réseaux Amazon Prime, Netflix et autres. J’aurais apprécié un peu de doc sur les chaines disponibles, il m’a fallu scanner jusqu’au canal 241, si je me souviens bien, pour trouver une chaine française. J’avais oublié mon chargeur usb-c, ils m’en ont prêté un gracieusement. Donc au final très satisfait du service.

Ja, internetten var snabbt, frukosten var bra. Men Kokt kaffet var ingen bra alls, men man kan beställa Cappuccino där. Personalen var jätte trevliga.

4 people room was roomy and loft with balcony was very nice. The broken side sower was the only shortfall.

Great location walking distance to historic center and train station. Comfy beds but bathroom is very small but we made do. A solid choice.

Very convenient location and excellent breakfast. I appreciated the 24/7 reception as I arrived on a late flight, and also being able to store my luggage after checkout. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful.

As a three adult family travelling together, the larger room option was perfect for us. Really easy to get to from the train station/airport tram. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was maybe 10 minutes walk from the Duomo, and there were restaurants, cafes and a gelato shop really close. There is also a happy hour at the bar on site, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast could have been a little better, and the walls between rooms were a little thin so the noise levels is dependent on your neighbours, but overall I would recommend this hotel to others.

大学生の次男、長女と4人で宿泊。駅から近くて、アカデミア美術館やウフィツィ美術館も徒歩圏内で非常に便利でした。部屋は一階のメゾネットタイプで1階と2階にベッド、2階にはテラス付き。お風呂も湯船があるので、ゆったり浸かることができました。近くにリーズナブルな価格で美味しいイタリアンレストランもあり。朝食付きで3泊しましたが、満足できました。
