The elevator is out of date the customer service is sheet I asked for extra bed sheets they claim they had no more, no more wash clothes no more nothing. It’s a very nasty stitch in the whole building The need to reconstruct IMMEDIATELY!!!

We got to the room no air condition. The paint was peeling off the wall. We opened the pullout couch. It was filthy. It had a dirty sheet, ripped up paper burnt marks on the sheets. I made a video

The worst experience in my life! The lack of care and accountability for the false images that are advertising for this business. The first room that was given to us, look as if no one cleaned it, they covered it up with

There AC wasnt working the rooms were dirty we kept getting locked out out rooms it was just a horrible experience

When I got there it was so dirty outside and inside. It smells real bad. Not will be going back it was not worth it at all

It's July at the Jersey shore. They sent me to a room where I find the AC unit taken apart- cover off of it and wires hanging, obviously not in working order. When I went back to lobby to report this, the people that checked in just before me were complaining that they had no AC in their room. Then a second person was saying the same thing. I should have seen what was coming, but was still hopeful. The next room they sent me to, I turn the AC on, nothing. The third room, (which they told me was the last available) walked in, it was at least 90 degrees with a box fan running on the dresser. Tried the AC unit - nothing. How can you book rooms in July and not have working air conditioning? Just awful - I ended up having to drive home late at night which was what I wanted to avoid and why I booked the room in the first place. I am hoping they do the right thing and refund the fees 100%

Rooms were old and worn out dirty mirror roaches and room smelled horrible!!! NEVER again!!!!

I had a reservation but never stayed in. I left after I saw my room. Hotel has no air conditioning, rooms are not even worthy of being jail cells. Dirty, very dirty. smells bad and cigarette butts on the floor. Elevator has no indication or a screen showing which floor you are at and dirty to the point you do not want to touch it. It not a safe hotel. People were all over the place with a big loud party . I have not seen a hotel where the reception is protected by plexiglass and need to talk through a little window, Disgusting.

No air

The property isnt bad I stayed here for years but it is falling apart and needs upgrading the elevator was broken on one side the lobby and hallways had no air condionting

The property did not have air conditioning we were stalked they ransacked our room. We were being watched. The room was nasty. Their air conditioners are from like 1940s.

The property is in the worst condition. The room was disgusting. Sheets stained, curtains torn and falling down, hole in ceiling, lights not working. Definitely DO NOT recommend

The hotel fell off,the room wasn’t clean like it should of been.i replaced the sheets because the sheets on the bed was dirty with burnt holes on them.Bed frame was dusty,the curtain rod was broken so you couldn’t close the curtains.The beds was HARD!!! They no heat,when asked about it they gave use a portable heater.So it was no ventilation in the room.The elevator was broke,all of the ice machines was down and not to mention the hall ways smell like old water & cigarettes

Needs air conditioner

Was disappointed that each room that was supposed to be non smoking reeked of cigarette smoke. Each room was filthy from urine on the toilet ; brown smear marks on the bathroom door frame; lights not working in 2 of the 3 rooms; cigarette burns on the bedding; bug carcasses behind the beds (saw when I was checking for bed bugs); tried plugging in a light and all the outlets were shaking. Lobby doesn’t look like the pics. Wouldn’t recommend

This place looks run down from the outside as it is in the inside. The rooms didn’t have door knobs the beds were not made and the blankets had holes in them. It seems like it’s a shelter place super dirty everything was out of service and the receptionist was super rude. I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings in there while I stepped outside yet alone felt safe staying there. I demanded a full refund!! I don’t know how this place is even allowed to offer rooms to the public in those conditions. Save yourself the headache and don’t bother wasting your money time and energy on this place.
