Staff were very friendly. They were very kind to my children and dog. Parking is good and its in prime location for walking to dining options.

Room was just ok for the money. Property is a little “tired” and could use an upgrade. For the money, would have appreciated a breakfast included. Mattress on the bed has definitely passed the “best before” date but staff were very nice and helpful and it has a good central location.

Older hotel but clean and in a great area.

I was first hesitant to book this hotel based on some reviews. I'm glad I had given it a try though. I will book this hotel again. Incredibly friendly staff. Comfortable beds. It has an arcade and a pool which scored extra points with the kids. The hotel is located close to the river and amazing restaurants, and more playgrounds for the kids. Also, shopping and Tim Hortons right across the road. We didn't mind the noise from the nearby trains. Some reviews mentioned a smell because the hotel is older. I didn't notice anything off. And yes, there were a noticable amounts of homeless and people abusing drugs in the middle of the day right by the hotel, but we avoided them and didn't feel unsafe or anything.

We had a. Very relaxing visit in a quiet room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice. And clean and the airconditioner was fairly quiet so you could sleep.

The staff were so friendly. Very wonderful with our puppy. And ny children loved the arcade and pool. Neighboring restaurants were also very dog friendly.

Nice hotel, room was clean, staff was friendly, little pricey, parking for larger vehicles and actually getting to the back parking (you have to take a narrow back alley)was a little tricky at times. Grandkids loved the arcade with photo booth, would probably stay again but with a smaller vehicle.

Loved it arcade staff and pool and hottub was excellent only thing is its right down town by bus stop in sketchy neighborhood
