Room smelled like awful body odor, front desk did give us another room which was appreciated. However, the beds were lumpy and bumpy, stains all over the walls, carpets were disgusting, wall unit a/c was filled w debris. Very very dirty all around

Friendly staff, very nice accommodations and enjoyed breakfast variety. My favorite meal of the day. Conveniently located to the freeway and other surroundings.

The parking was crowded. Rooms are smaller but neat and clean. Beds were nice.

The hotel was very comfortable and after a long drive the cookies in the lobby were a hit. The TV lost its signal often so was not able to complete the movie I was watching.

Plenty of parking space. Close to Gas station and other food options. Double Queen room was so small, probably meant for single queen or King room. Very basic "free breakfast". A 3 - Stars Hotel.

Loved this hotel so much we booked another night on our way back home. Friendly staff, walkable restaurants and quiet rooms. We absolutely loved the outside fire pit area and the pool was great!

Location seemed "cramped." Constant train noise. Bed mattress was soft, uneven, and uncomfortable. Clothes closet was placed in such a manner that getting bags into the room was difficult. Staff on check-in could have been more friendly.

Was told wrong time for breakfast. Coffee had grounds floating in it in every pot.

They had an outdoor fireplace but manager said we couldn’t use it due to burn ban but we were in Sedona and never had issue with our outdoor fireplace. I think manager just said that because he didn’t have propane.

This was a great place to stay for a quick daytrip up to Flagstaff! It's a bit older so a little run down but was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet could have been better.

Nice location

The front desk staff especially the manager was excellent. She was very kind. The breakfast was good, the eggs were everyone’s least favorite item. The room was worse than expected. It was tiny. The sheets had stains on them and my kids did not want to sleep with them. The shower was gross. The refrigerator did not work at first. The room in general was outdated and old. The location was far away from anything we wanted to do and was less than stellar. I had serious concerns as to whether my vehicle was going to get stolen overnight or not.

Stayed here after a visit to the Grand Canyon. Seemed a little pricey. Property was in ok working condition, but ready for an update. Room was a little small. Stains on carpet. Workout room was a closet. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice enough.
