Staff was friendly and working their butts off they were awesome the rooms were very much so so clean but with a kind of weird antiseptic smell

$10 to self park in an unsecured lot and $50 for a late check out. No thank you. Hubby ordered a double shot of bourbon at the bar was given a single. When he inquired he was told it was a double. He knows the difference. The bed was comfortable shower nice and hot. Furnishings are outdated. Maybe that’s why they charged extra for everything. We won’t be back

Excellent staff in bar, restaurant area and breakfast. Hotel needs major updating. Rooms were large, clean and beds were very comfortable. But rooms were very dark, need major updating.

The room was great! We noticed upgrades to the physical property, very nice. The staff was rude. There is a charge for parking, now. We've stayed many times and never paid for parking. There was no wheelchair acces to the lounge area. My reservation was not processed correctly and the front desk tried to charge me again. We were very disappointed and won't be back.

The location was great, staff amazing. Only gripe was the shower, the water backed up in the tub and you couldn’t get the shower on full stream.

Upon checking in, the staff was very kind and provided excellent customer service. The dining and other common areas appeared to be nice and clean. However, upon entering the room, it was not as we expected it to be! The carpet was dirty, which caused the room to have an unpleasant smell. The heat didn't work, so the maintenance man had to come fix it. The TV in the sitting area where the couch/pull out bed was not working, even after the maintenance man attempted to fix it. They didn't have any more blankets left so we had to improvise. A roach along with a stink bug was crawling on the wall! The bathtub was rusty. Overall, the room needs to be updated, and our stay wasn't the best to say this hotel was highly recommended!!!

I've stayed there for 5+ years. The carpets and mattresses are awful. My dogs have better beds than that!! I left after only one hour of being in my room.. #423. Cost for 1 nights stay $350. Plus tax. Hell no. Never again!

My stay is always good but this time I left an item and went through the process of lost and found online only to be lied to and told that my item wasn’t found. Well it’s not going to be found if the housekeeper finds it and does not turn it in. It was a brand new, never worn dress left behind the bathroom door on the hook. It’s my fault that I left it but not my fault that it was taken. I love to stay there alone to get out of my hometown for the weekend but I won’t again! Also, it’s time to update the couches in the rooms. They have been there and starting to look really bad. On a better note, The breakfast is great and the front desk employees are always polit!

The furnishings are a little dated but the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I love that the water is filtered to remove chlorine and my room had an air purifier. The breakfast was good too.

Parking fee

The rooms are really dated. The light fixtures were rusted and the bathtub had cracks from wear and tear. This hotel needs an upgrade.

Great stay

Absolutely disgusting room. Couch was black with dirt. Bathtub was so dirty. We asked for a new room and were told they were full. We had to ask 4 times for sheets for the pull out and eventually had to go down to get them. It really was so very dirty in that room. Super disappointed

It was fine. Didn't know about the parking fee in advance. Older mattress.

Sold my room even tho I confirmed it

A/c works great. I love purifier. We always use this room. We have severe allergies so I’m glad we can rest comfortably. I like the TV room so one of us can watch TV and the other can read.
