We had a problem with our air conditioning. Other than that it was great. The breakfast buffet is the best.

Walked right up to check in and greeted with big smile! All that was needed.

It was a great hotel. No complaints. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Food really good. Everything clean and comfortable beds.

Our stay here for night was okay. We didn't know that when we booked this room that we will be coinciding with a I'm guessing convention or a team of children and their guardians but they were screaming until 2:00 a.m. and you can imagine it's very hard to sleep when that's going on. We were charged room and property tax I believe when we got to the property which I wish I would have been disclosed before so we would have known that that was in the price. We also had to pay $10 for parking which we didn't know about either. I'm glad we only stayed one night which technically we didn't even stay at night we stayed for maybe what 18 hours--I can imagine how much we will have to pay if we stayed for more than one night. We had the good insight to check to see if we could check in earlier than specify since the check-in time was 4:00 p.m. which is very late.

It was very dated. The lobby and common area reeked of marijuana.. the front desk staff was very rude upon checking in. The shower head was horrible.. for the money, this place needs an upgrade

Easy access hotel with a full breakfast daily. Nice facilities and spacious rooms.

Great stay. Good breakfast

So dissatisfied. Tried to check in early. Told room was ready but it would cost $50. Was there for a funeral and had just driven 5+ hours and needed to change for the funeral. Not very clean room or main area. Breakfast omelette station closed before 9 am. Forgot a charging stand and my AirPods. Called and was not able to connect with house keeping. Just overall so frustrating when it was a short stay for a sad occasion.

Besides having to pay to park everything was great. Highly enjoyed breakfast. Staff was nice. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable.

A/C was running and couldn't adjust, due to age of system, we suffered all night with temperatures below 30 degree's. Was told following morning, that maintenance had to change system from cool to heat.

Do not like paying for parking if you have a hotel and you stay, there should be free

I don’t remember see anything about a daily parking fee. We were surprised that we had to pay for parking.

The BEST hotel I have ever stayed at! HANDS DOWN! It will be an experience I will remember for the rest of my life. The staff were absolutely amazing, the breakfast and dinner meals were delicious. Any chance i get to stay at Embassy Suites I’m going to go. On a scale of 1-10 this hotel trip gets a 12!!!

I liked the location and the options to eating and access to the interstate. The parking situation is a different story. Inconsistent billing on parking was a challenge. When I protested, the agent was" you were told about the parking". I was taken a back and advised him that I was more interested in getting him to explain the the policy and procedure. If it wouldn't have for the fact that it was prepaid. I would have not stayed. Not for the reason of the paid parking, but the "I was told and we have always" not the case. So, have a thick skin when asking about parking if you have stayed there in the past and we're not charged.

My husband and I love staying at Embassy Suites because of the wonderful amenities and friendly staff. However, the carpet in the rooms at the Greensboro hotel looks old and dirty. We hope the carpet in all rooms will be replaced soon.
