Sea view with a balcony is a must 👌

Disappointing for a Hilton, really poor food, no food service at the pool, doesn’t have rooms with enough beds to cater for 3 people, guest relations not helpful. However, all the staff were great, shout out to the animation team, especially Mango and Maro

The food was fresh and we had a lot of options to get, fruits, desserts, salads ects everything was so delicious

I really enjoyed my stay with my beautiful wife to celebrate our 25 years anniversary, we planning on coming back with our children Thank you for your service again

The hotel was spotlessly clean, private beach was beautiful. Staff in the whole were very good, polite and helpful. My only criticism were I did see one bar staff mocking a customer, and the pool attendants did nothing about people leaving towels on loungers for hours, despite mentioning in the hotel rules that unattended towels would be removed. One day at the adult pool we were told we couldn’t have a parasol because they were all being used, but 5 of them were with unattended towels for people should didn’t return for over an hour. Food is not labelled for allergens. This meant asking the staff every time, who were helpful but at times unsure and when asked if something had milk in a response was “maybe”. They did offer to cook something fresh but this isn’t what you pay for all inclusive for. Choice is expected. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and guests were well catered for with activities, food and drink

Chambre avec une belle vue et très propre. Le personnel est souriant et aimable. Les buffets varient chaque jour et sont bons dans l'ensemble. Petit bémol sur internet il est noté que l'hôtel parle français mais ce n'est pas le cas et les chambres ne sont pas super bien insonorisées. Séjour agréable

We have the best view our room overlook the Red Sea. The pool was clean and the property was spectacular. The only thing the property miss out is the sunset. I love the property very very beautiful hotel. Staff are helpful and rooms is clean. Breakfast is awesome.

Excellent hôtel, très bien placé, service de sécurité et conciergerie . La propreté est une vraie valeur pour eux, ils sont à l’écoute et très disponibles pour leurs clients. Les repas au restaurant sont variés, du pdj au dîner ou y trouve de quoi satisfaire tout le monde. Un remerciement particulier à : -Sara (du service client) réactive, adorable, à l’écoute et incroyablement agréable. -Ahmed au restaurant, toujours souriant, accueillant, respectueux, attentionné, on se souviendra de ton sourire. - à la réception et la conciergerie, disponibles, plein de bons conseils et toujours très réactifs. Pas vraiment digne d’un Hilton. L’hôtel est vieillissant, mal agencé. On s’y perd dans les couloirs sans fin. La nourriture (breakfast, lunch, dîner) fade et sans saveur. En revanche les chambres sont très belles et les espaces extérieurs très bien entretenus et jotrèsspacieuses. Les accès

Alles was dik in orde. Lekker eten, vriendelijk personeel, goed onderhouden, mooi resort.

The room was perfect The staff were great The beach was lovely for a swim The Turkish restaurant was great as was the breakfast every morning.

Pros: clean room, beautiful beach view. Cons: very disappointed with the food and drinks. At an all inclusive, that’s what matters! I’ve been to all inclusives in the Americas and Caribbean and have always had the option for a la cart dining in addition to the buffet style restaurant. None of the restaurants at this Hilton were included as part of the all inclusive package. I could have gotten past that, but the food at the buffets was bad. We kept trying different foods, hoping for better luck, but only half the food was edible. I kept filling myself with French fries! While in Egypt! What a shame! The drinks were also very disappointing and I’m fairly certain I got sick from ice in my drink. I would not stay here again.

Sammanfattningsvis menar jag att HP är 4-5* (hög klass) i Egypten vilket motsvarar 3* (medel) i Europa eller Nordamerika. Jag kommer inte att resa hit igen, främst på grund av ryssarna. Detta är tråkigt eftersom jag tycker att platsen är vacker och den Egyptiska personalen är välvillig och siktar mot att vara så bra som Rummen är rena och fina. Service och uppmärksamhet är klanderfri. Inne på hotellet är personalen inte påträngande. I staden och på tour är alla jobbigt påträngande och kräver dricks. AC på rummet är högljudd men håller bra temperatur. Buffén är riklig och håller bra kvalité. Vi följde principen ”tillaga det, skala det eller lämna det” så vi slapp magsjuka. Jag skulle gissa att vi blivit sjuka om vi ätit av allt det råa som såg väldigt läckert ut… Flera bekanta har denna erfarenhet. Strandpersonalen är serviceminded och försäljarna är inte orimligt påstridiga, tvärtom ofta trevliga. Hotellet är för stort. Det känns som om man siktar högre än man har förmåga till. Jag hade önskat mer av inställningen ”ditt problem är nu mitt problem” och en starkare vilja till lösning, framförallt från reception och concergiere. Röda havet är fantastiskt, även om korallreven dör i stor utsträckning - snorkling och dykning är fortfarande magiskt bra. Stabilt väder med få regndagar. Rimligt nära till fantastisk kultur (Luxor & Giza t.ex.)
