Perfect location right in the main shopping area of Genoa. Beautiful hotel with lovely staff too.

The employees at the hotel were so kind and helpful. Housekeeping has been amazing and doing a wonderful job every day. The food at the restaurant is superb, including the extravagant breakfast buffet every morning. And the location of the hotel is in the heart of the historic District Sincerely, Captain Christopher Farnsworth

Hotellet är otroligt klassiskt och har väldigt bra personal. Frukostbuffén var fantastisk precis som allt annat i övrigt. Ren och skär klass rakt igenom.

Very nice and professional staff. Central location. Very clean. Nice building. Nice rooms. Like the atmosphere very much. The rooms are not noise isolated. We enjoyed it.

Ein tolles Hotel im Stadtzentrum von Genua. Parkservice verfügbar (Reservierung erforderlich). Das Hotel selber ist in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber besonderen Charme. Freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Beim Parkservice braucht es manchmal etwas Geduld. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich. Preis - Leistung top.

Hôtel de luxe idéalement situé dans le centre historique de Gênes. Le bâtiment est très beau et les chambres sont spacieuses Deux bémols, la climatisation qui n'était pas active et donc inconfort dans la chambre à cause de la chaleur Nous avons dîné sur place et c'était correct mais pas au niveau de l'hôtel De même au petit déjeuner certains aliments sont optionnels et facturés en plus

The Bristol Palace Hotel was a great place to stay in Genoa. It is well-located to shopping, restaurants and cultural/historical places. We walked to the train station about 10 minutes away. The hotel is a hidden gem with an elegant feel. The room and bathroom were comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. The staff, especially Matteo, were friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend the Bristol Palace Hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The only thing that was not correct is that air conditioning was not functioning!! They said they hadn’t turned it on for the season yet which not acceptable for such a beautiful hotel.

Wonderful property. Easy walking distance to town. Center. Many restaurants and stores. Staff was excellent. Room was high with many amenities. Highly recommend it. Our doorman Davide was so helpful gave great information also.
