The hotel environment is quite place area but really closed to one of the train station, the staff is really friendly and nice

Nice and clean hotel. Rooms were really nice and had nice coffee making facilities. The food on site was okay but the breakfast was very expensive at €22.50 per day. There did not appear to be any recreational facilities, i.e. no pool or gym, but I may have missed these so it may be worth checking before you book. If you are travelling for business there are very good meeting facilities with provision for coffees and pastries within the meeting room, there is also a restaurant on site for lunch and evening meals. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would stay here again.

Location: central and walkable, no evening bar/cocktail bar: no. Having stayed in this hotel before, it seems that a number of services and amenities are no longer offered, despite of amount being charged for a single bedroom.

The hotel is very nice and clean with very helpful staff. There is a restaurant on site which serves breakfast, lunch, and evening food. The cost of the breakfast is very high though at €22.50 so I only had this once as it is standard buffet style breakfast. There does not appear to be a pool or gym on site but as I was on business I did not miss either of these. The hotel is in a great location if you are here for business or to visit the European Parliament / commission buildings, however if you wish to go shopping it is a fair walk, or a metro trip to reach the shopping sector of the city. Overall a good hotel

Staff was nice and helpful. Great location. Rooms could use some renovation and cleaning could be a bit more thorough. Overall, a good place to for a quick stay.

My stay at Hotel NH Brussels EU Berlaymont was truly lovely. On my arrival, I was kindly upgraded, and on Christmas Day I was surprised with thoughtful gifts in my room, which was such a nice touch. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Leaving tomorrow feels hard after such a wonderful time in both the city and the hotel. I would happily stay here again.

There was a leak in our room. Other than that it was fine but pretty inconvenient
