The stay was OK but there was one big problem. The heater fan made so much noise that I couldn't sleep. Their maintenance person tried for almost an hour I would say to repair the unit but to no avail. He did agree that it was far too noisy. The unit should be replaced with a new one. As a result I requested a discount of at least $50 for my stay, and thinking higher. Hotel staff said I need to email Expedia, and get that approved by you so please respond to me via email.
