Highly recommend! Staff was great and accommodating, rooms and property were clean with a great ambiance. Location was perfect for several different types of cuisines and shopping, as well. 10/10

The staff was very attentive and the rooms were very clean and well stocked. I stayed here on one of the busiest weekends of the year and the service was not diminished at all by the amount of guest staying at the hotel. I will definitely be staying at this location again whenever I’m in Toronto.

Good place

So worth it! There are so many stores and restaurants available in and near the hotel. The staff were super sweet and the hotel was beautiful. They really made my birthday trip a special one.

The hotel itself was very clean, modern, and designed well. It is also in a great location for shopping and restaurants and not too far from any one area. The two queen room is an open concept so if you are sharing with someone other than a partner, you just need to know that the toilet and shower are the only private areas to get dressed. However we worked through that fine by taking turns showering and giving each other some space. Really great for a couple! I would stay here again!

Alt var godt og lækkert! Men der var åben badeværelse vask / og glasdøre der ikke lukkede helt til til både toilet og bad. Dvs. man kunne høre hinandens prutter. Derudover virkede køleskabet ikke - kæmpe mangel! Sygt godt gym!

Do not like the building and floor layout. Not up to the standards I expect from the W. Lighting controls in the room were cumbersome. Good location and great staff.

Excellent location. Best to ask beforehand what the layout of the room is as a king room with the toilet and sink laid out bare in the room without soundproofed wall enclosures is not ideal if you are travelling as a couple.

I had a wonderful time staying at the W hotel in Memorial Day Weekend. The accommodations were spectacular, the staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurants were fantastic and delicious, I especially liked the Listening Bar. I came into town to see Bruno Mars concert (which was cancelled due to the torrential rain that poured that weekend); but I enjoyed my stay and meeting other people who were at the hotel. When I return to back to Toronto, will happily book my stay at the W Tornonto hotel.
