Petits déjeuners excellents. Personnel très professionnel

Pysäköinti oli hyvä. Huoneen ilmastointia ei voinut säätää. Huone oli liian lämmin. Aamiaiseen ei kuulunut vihannekset. Gluteeniton leipä tarjoillaan samalla pöydällä normaalin leivän kanssa. Huoneessa oli vain pahviset mukit.

Bonne localisation, hôtel confortable et agréable

Very helpful staff. Very clean throughout and modern hotel with very nice bar and restaurant areas. Excellent location for Caen Centre. Ample onsite parking. Overall great experience.

Hôtel très bien placé à Caen avec parking privatif. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Personnel courtois et à l'écoute. Petit Déjeuner complet avec du choix. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Le personnel très très sympa un seul truc. Le coupures d'électricité on le soir c'est dommage.

Lovely hotel convenient for the centre of Caen, restuarants and transport links. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Minor issue - the ambient lighting in the room was great but we could have done with some brighter lighting as well, as sometimes it was a bit dark. Excellent stay though.

Das zimmer war makelos, das Frühstück gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das renovierte Hotel ist zentral gelegen, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Läden sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer bot die nötigen Annehmlichkeiten, in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel würden wir aber eine Kaffeemaschine erwarten und bei der Renovation scheint man die Türen im Zimmer vergessen zu haben. Die zwei Herren an der Rezeption bei unserer Ankunft waren unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit, das wünscht man sich nicht als Gast. Das sollte die Hotelleitung überprüfen. Die Mitarbeiterin beim CheckOut war dann sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel verfügt über ein eigenes Parkhaus, wo es auch Ladesäulen für e-Autos gibt. Bis auf den schlechten Empfang bei unserer Ankunft können wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Check in was quick and informative. All the information we needed was provided. Breakfast was good with plenth of choice. The room was clean and comfortable. Location wSvery good with restaurants and bars close at hand. My big gripe is about the parking arrangements. I was advised that i could not book before arrival but clear dorections were provided. What was not advised was the fact that headroom in the underground car park was restricted to 2metres, and there was no signage at the entrance. My car with roof box is 2.2m. Once down the ramp and having scraped the top of the box i was obliged to remove the box before i could go further. I had to leave the car park, refit the box, and park in an unsecured public park. Response at reception was less than helpful.

First room had a horrible smell. Asked to move and was out in a room with lots of nicks and scratches on walls. And was changed from a room with a canal view, which I requested, to one with no view at all. Front desk staff came off as extremely put out to answer questions and address the horrible smell in the room.

Great location, clean, comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Great breakfast as well!

Close to bars and restaurants. Rooms and property are outdated

Our room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet was better than any we have ever seen. Think of a breakfast food you would like--it was there; eggs, toast, pastry, bacon, ham, cereal, yogurt, two kinds of butter, several kinds of fruit, and machines that offered a full range of coffee types. Best of all, however, was the helpfulness of the staff. They greeted us warmly when we checked in and directed out tour guide into the dining room to meet us. We asked where we might find a pharmacy to by some band-aids, and they went into the back room and brought us enough that we didn't need to buy any.
