Friendly staff, very good location

Nossa quarto era no andar da recepção devido a isso era muito barulho, pessoas falando e barulhos de pratos. No banheiro não tinha box, toda vez que tomávamos banho molhava o banheiro todo, no teto do quarto tinha teia de aranha e o quarto possuiu um cheiro desagradável como se tivesse muito tempo fechado. Tomei um café e a xícara suja ficou por dois dias sem lavar.

Otima estadia, quarto limpo,impecável. Cafe da manhã, excelente com muita variedade de pães, queijos, geleia. Otima localização, perto de varios restaurantes. Regiao plana, da pra ir a pe a vários pontos turísticos. Adorei a estadia.

The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and eateries for different price range. Only 5 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station Grand Boulevards. The room that we were in had been renovated.

A reforma do hotel ficou perfeita. Um único item precisa ser corrigido: a falta de uma barra de segurança para entrar e sair da banheira/box do chuveiro. Está muito perigoso!

Estaba la entrada por un callejón y tuvimos que caminar bastante hasta la salida a la calle para tomar el taxi

We had a great experience with this hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff. Helpful with restaurant recommendations and calling taxis. Its close to the Metro and shopping. Nice breakfast.

Small hotel with huge atmosphere! Conveniently located, surrounded of multiple restaurants, walkable metro and bus stations. Very clean, big restroom, comfortable bed, and very friendly and professional staff.

Really good hotel, nice clean rooms and room service. In a great location too next to bus stops, metros and shops. Just need a range of more breakfast options.
