Love Grand Hotel. It has long history. I chose it due to its convenient location as well as memory as I’m from Beijing. Staffs are very helpful. Sometimes they can be too engaging. When I walk in the hall or have breakfast, I like them to leave me alone instead of being overly hospitable. I’m sure they are required to do so. But sometimes I think taking it easy is the better way.

Great hotel!

The hotel was nice and staff nice. English knowledge was a bit more limited than I expected.

I especially liked that the hotel is located very close to the forbidden city. The staff speaks little English which makes it a bit hard to get everything organized. For the rest a very nice and fine hotel.

母親の親孝行で便利でいいホテルだと信じて選んだが、大変ストレスが溜まる宿泊施設でした。 同じサービス業界の人間の立場からして、理不尽なお客様になりたくない為、いつも同情心持って厳しいコメントやクレームは控えています。 しかしながら、このような不快な思いをしたのははじめてです。せっかくの旅行が台無しです。 ホスピタリティゼロだと言っても過言ではない。 (たらい回しは許せない！！！、全スタッフがそうではないが、特にフロントマネージャーはホテルの顔或いは看板を代表しているにも関わらず本当に本当に信じられないほど態度悪い)

Unser Aufenthalt in Peking und Umgebung war wunderbar. Alles war toll - angefangen beim Hotel, Personal und Stadt. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt, wie toll es in China ist. Wir haben nur nette Menschen kennengelernt. Wir werden China in unserem Land weiterempfehlen. Wir sagen Danke, Danke an Alle.

Excellent accomodation, we had the suite and it was huge. Staff were very helpful and a great location. Highly recommend.

locates at central of Beijing, but difficult to order a cab (no taxis be able to pass or stop at the front of this hotel). hotel facility is bit of tired. bed is very hard for westerns... too hard..

Past time glory. Reallyngone down since last visit. All repairs visible everywhere. Emptiness is also over the used to be grand building

老牌酒店，员工素质好，服务上佳。酒店地理位置非常好，适合商务、旅游的住客。下次到北京还会再住。

設備はやや古くなっていますが、掃除が行き届いていて清潔です。 落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆったりと過ごせると思います。 部屋に置いてあるフリーのお茶のレベルが高くて驚きました。 お茶好きの友人と「これおいしいね～～」と言って頂きました。 故宮の隣のホテルなんて凄すぎます。 お部屋から故宮が見えましたが、なんせあの世界遺産の隣なので 道路が一方通行なのと渋滞でホテルからタクシーで出かけるのに時間がかかりました。 しかし徒歩なら繁華街、王府井まですぐですし便利です。 今まで3回北京を訪れましたが、2回はこちらのホテルでお世話になりました。 お勧めのホテルです。
