Rating & Review Keseluruhan Courtyard by Marriott San Juan Miramar

the hotel was in a very nice area able to find good restaurants near by and other interesting places to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only problems were the smoke detective would flash which was annoying at night. The room was a bit tight between the bed and the dresser and desk.

Al momento de check in y check out todo fue excelente. Pero la Habitación fue horrible. Todo absolutamente todo deteriorado. No pudimos utilizar la bañera por las condiciones tan deteriorada que estaba.

It's a nice place, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are lots of small niche restaurants in the area and it's just a quick car ride to Old San Juan and the Condado beaches

Everything about the hotel was good, with the exception of the $20.00 daily parking fee. For that reason alone I would not stay there again, unfortunately.

property is dated and old. Single elevator was not only long Waite times, but the elevator was very old and rickety

Consider the best rest of the guests. The beds smell like dust. It would be good to change the most comfortable pillows

Nice hotel

The staff is very accommodating and willing to help out in any way. We were able to get an early check-in and a late check-out to accommodate our cruise schedule.

Although the rooms were dated, they were clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The location in Miramar is great - walking distance to great restaurants, but this hotel needs a major upgrade. It looks like it hasn't been touched in decades. We didn't have a chance to go to the pool, but it's alittle weird because folks from the hotel restaurant are allowed to eat poolside. Although I like the location, I won't be staying here again.
