This hotel was closed down when I got there. They took my money but would not return it . Left us looking for another after dark. We ended up paying more for another and Expedia your gone too

Staff was great Miguel was wonderful and very helpful always ready and willing to help with whatever i asked for.

Very pleased with this stay. Great location right on the beach, excellent friendly staff. Super close to lots of restaurants and entertainment. I will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The kids loved the beach front. It was easy access. Customer service was great. Eddie was amazing at the front desk. Very attentive, warm, and kind. Always greeted you and made sure you had what you needed. Will be returning for sure. This really would have been a hit if they had continental breakfast

The staff is really nice. The property is older, neat, great location with an incredible sunrise. If you don't like the noise around the busier areas it is quiet. Nice pool area.

The desk clerk was cordial and he put us in a nice room with a wonderful view of the ocean. They had underground parking which was a plus.

I paid an additional fee for an ocean view. What I got was a partial ocean view- more of a view of the parking lot next door under construction. They were kind enough to extend an extra hour for a late check out. Bed was comfortable. Nothing great - nothing horrible. Average.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig - mit Sofa, Tisch und Stühlen. Bett groß und bequem. 2 Bettdecken (1x etwas dicker, 1x wie Bettlaken müssen nicht sein - Laken reicht, es ist Hochsommer! Unötige Resourcenverschwendung, da beides gewaschen werden muss! - vom Bettüberwurf in weiß ganz zu schweigen.) Klimaanlage sehr laut, mussten wir über Nacht ausstellen. Kleiner 'Balkon' mit 2 Stühlen und einem Tisch. Leider war das Zimmer ebenerdig, wodurch der extra gebuchte Meerblick (+30€) eher zum Poolblick wurde. Das hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt!!! Leider gab/gibt es kein Frühstück dort, dafür aber kostenfreien Kaffee in der Lobby. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel kostenlos.

We have stayed here three times now and we have enjoyed each trip. Great staff , clean rooms and good location. They have also updated several things since our last visit.

Even though it is old, they keep it clean and appealing. The beach view is amazing. Some male employee randomly turned off the jacuzzi while we were in it in the morning! He just stared at us and walked away. It's not really the hotel's fault, but our neighbors were smoking pot the whole time. It bled into our room, the hallways, in everything and everywhere. It smells disgusting. This is a family hotel. Little kids were everywhere. I can't stand people who are so self-centered they don't care how their actions affect others. They even pulled out their couch onto the balcony to lay there and smoke it all over us at the pool. We couldn't escape it. I would have given this hotel five stars, but there was no attempt to confront these low-lifes who were ruining everyone's vacation. They needed that employee who needlessly pulled the plug on my jacuzzi moment to go tell them to either put the pot away or get out! They need to enforce some rules. Why would I come back and risk that experience again?

Only had one elevator for six floors, had to wait to long to ride it to your floor. Elevator was hot in the heat of the day, but in the evening the elevator was cool! Basement was hot and smelly. Did not understand why they have the coffee brewer in the bathroom! By the way, I knew that I was going to arrive hours after check in time, so I was trying to be courteous and give the hotel a call to let them know that I was still going to show up out of respect, but the person that I was talking with, hung up on me, called about 4 separate times, I was so frustrated. Your review is 8.6, but that is a joke!!!!!! The view was great, house keeping service was very good!!! The beds was good!
