The property is currently undergoing a renovation so, for example, the restaurant is closed indefinitely. This was not communicated at the the time of booking.

Clean and quick check-in. Not much selection for breakfast, but overall a good stay.

Friendly staff, large room, quiet floor. Great night sleep

Very nice clean rooms, I had surgery in the morning and they were able to accommodate me for an early check in, also provided us with a coupon for food, staff was very friendly

We will not be back. Our room was half clean, counters to be wiped before using. We took our kids to swim, pool was very dirty. We would have left if we arrived earlier. Not impressed with this Holiday inn.

The restaurant was not open, even though the Expedia website offered a breakfast package. The hotel email confirmation didn't indicate the restaurant was closed either; in fact, it mentioned that it was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and only the fitness centre was closed.

Great room and staff

Our tv quit working and they were quick to remedy the situation.

Clean, spacious, quiet, safe area. It was under construction so the gym and restaurant was closed. I was not told about this in advance.

My room was lovely and spacious. The staff were friendly. There are renovations going on though so there was a lot of knocking during the days, even on the weekend.

Everything was great at that Hotel, very friendly staff. The worst part was the construction on Wellington Rd other than that it was great. Will definitely stay again,

No internet and no breakfast because the kitchen is closed. We were not notified until we checked in, very upset.

We had a few problems that we werent too happy with. No wifi for the kids all weekend, the workout center is closed, dining room is closed. And fire alarm went off. Our room wasnt cleaned when we can back from hockey around 5pm Renovations going on so that is the reason for the issues. You have to discount your rates when doing renos. You cant charge market price but have most services not available. Staff are nice and friendly the hotel is clean.

Convenient location, great size room for our family. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Having a pool and laundry facilities were an added bonus.

Very impersonal, room smelled like bleach, mattress was dirty. No niceties when checking in or information was provided as to amenities etc.
