Spacious well-equipped suite. Excellent location.

Beautiful, large new bedrooms with big tv and nice bathrooms in the heart of Ottawa. We also appreciated the warm swimming pool.

Parfait super hotel et proximité de tout

This is our third stay at Les Suites and would highly recommend. We had a two bedroom/2 bathroom unit and it had a washer and dryer too. The appliances were new and the kitchen had all the amenities required if one decided to eat in. Very central location, easy walk to By Ward Market, Parliament building and the Rideau canal, Restaurants and Rideau Shopping Centre.

Just a one-nighter this time. The usual excellent stay.

Large, clean, comfortable room.

It's a good hotel right downtown. Slightly dated, but not too bad. Our third guest used the pull out couch, not sure I would have slept on that. But other than that the bed was good, shower was good and our room even had laundry and a full kitchen. Parking lot is really confusing. If you are not careful you can actually walk to a different hotel with a different parking lot without ever leaving the building. We thought we lost grandpa for a while. Staff was nice. Felt secure enough, even though you are right down town. Parking is charged per night. In/Out. Lots of spots available and secured.

Great space for a family of 4-5 people. It was just a quick walk to ByWard Market and not a bad drive to get around downtown. The kitchen and dining area were great. It allowed our family to make some meals during our week there. Ensuite laundry was also very helpful for the longer stay. You do have to bring your own laundry detergent. The gym and indoor are very small so we didn’t use them. The room was decently clean but I wouldn’t say spotless, and there isn’t daily cleaning or towel replacement. A bit inconsistent. For the size of the kitchen, the water kettle and coffee maker were quite small. The bathroom vanity was also very small so there wasn’t much space to put your toiletries.

We’ve stayed here multiple times. We love the big spacious rooms, the pool is always great. Cleanliness has dropped Unfourtunately

Everything was great would definitely go back again

Very clean suite. Staff was welcoming and responded quickly to our request for a cot. Only suggestion is to change photo of hotel exterior. The Courtyard Marriott is very different to Les Suites!

Room was cleaned. Staff was helpful. There was laundry in my apartment and nice kitchen with enough utensils.

Great location. Liked having laundry but old machines so user beware. No pics on wall so very sparse feeling but fully stocked kitchen and comfortable clean beds.

This was a large one bedroom apartment that was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was located very close to the Rideau Centre for supplies. Only complaint was that laundry detergent was not provided and that some of the appliances were old or not operating properly.

Staff were quite helpful. The suite was spacious and tastefully decorated, with good toiletries and everything we needed in the kitchen. The floors in the suite could have been cleaner, but everything else was well looked after. Having a washing machine in the suite was very convenient, but would have appreciated a small packet of detergent to go with it.

Great location and full suite for multi generation trip to Ottawa. Great having own bedrooms and bathrooms and full kitchen and living room. Easy short walks to all major locations. Would stay again but not in hot weather, the thermostat had a limit on it of 23 degrees Celsius and was extremely hot for sleeping and getting ready.
