This was a fantastic place to stay! Very easy check in and the room was terrific!

Why have a resort fee when there are no real amenities.

Good location and comfortable beds. However, this hotel charges a daily amenity fee and seriously lacks amenities. The rooms are not serviced unless requested, the tv is old technology, there is no breakfast or any food available, the bathroom is tiny and lacks storage space and the AC fan is quite loud. There are better options nearby.

I love the atmosphere, the amenities they provided, the room was clean and access to lots of nearby restaurants, shops and entertainment. Definitely will stay again when I comeback.😁

Perfect place to watch the Rose Festival parade on visit some fun shops and restaurants.

Nice, quiet boutique hotel in downtown Portland. Clean, safe area with hospitable staff. A preferred option for me when I travel to PDX.

My room was downgraded and front desk refused to offer me a refund. They stated our suite was not ready even though we arrived well past check in. The front desk person, Willy, downgraded our room and stated we would not be charged for the suite but of course we were.

It was very cute and I would stay here again, its just the room was a bit small - not enough space but again it is a boutique hotel.

Great hotel and friendly staff. I work in Portland once a month and stayed in many hotels in Portland, and Lucia does not disappoint.

Clean updated downtown hotel with a friendly supportive staff. Wonderful photography exhibit in the hallways.

Walkable decor boutique style. Nice happy hour drink breakfast with soft opening was free but would have been disappointed if had to pay for it

The staff were excellent and the common areas were fresh and fun. We intentionally ordered the least expensive room for a quick trip, and while the anticipated small size wasn't a problem, per se, the fan blew directly onto the bed as a result, and was too strong even on low. Staff immediately brought us a stand up fan, and offered to look for a room in a different configuration. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the queen was a full. Again, quick trip, low price, no complaints. The soaps and lotions were lovely, and it was nice to have hot coffee downstairs every morning. We never made it to the craft beer hour but next time! Will return and go up a class or two in the room.

Due to my early arrival, there was not a room fully ready but they were able to accommodate an early check-in not too long after pre-registration. The room with one queen bed is perfect for a solo traveler as there is not much space in the room. Very walkable area around the hotel.

Our stay was very comfortable and the service was great. The location is perfect and very convenient for getting around the city. We thought parking could have been an issue, but we were able to find parking very easily at night on the street and felt like it was pretty safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The bed was awful. Not sure why, but these were two worst nights of sleep in a long time. The hotel does not provide playpens for children. Didn't encounter this even in mostly adult-oriented hotels. Also lack of attention to details - like unmarked coffee pods in the room

Friendly staff check in. Room clean, looks like hallway carpet has been updated. Nice furniture in common area. Free beer in the late afternoon
