Hatten das Hotel für eine Nacht für unseren Zwischenstop in Mailand gebucht. Ausschlaggebend war auch das Foto, auf dem eine toller Pool zu sehen war. Erste Enttäuschung beim Check-in: Da steht ein grosses Schild auf dem darauf hingewiesen wird, dass der Pool ausschließlich ein Deko-Pool ist und d schwimmen strengstens untersagt ist. Das Hotel ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war ok, mehr aber auch nicht und beim Fernseher hatten wir echte Bedenken, daß er gleich von der Wand fällt. Immerhin Hunde sind erlaubt, die Tiefgarage ist kostenlos und das Hotel von der Autobahn gut zu erreichen. Würde mir beim nächsten Mal trotzdem ein anderes Hotel aussuchen.

fix the a/c the room was ridiculously hot i dont understand why europe acts like its a luxury instead of a normal standard. Wouldve rather stayed in a motel 6 and had a cold room with good food that i also dont have to pay extra for.

Alles war gut wie immer. Mehrmals versucht.

Ok hotel, 15 min å gå ned til sjøen. God frokost og hyggelig betjening, men.... fasaden mot bassenget,mulig baksiden også, trenger noe rengjøring. Høytrykk spyling av balkongene mm ville gjort helhetsinntrykket vesentlig bedre.

It’s at a brilliant location

The people are patient and attentive. The front desk wrote our directions for our excursions on paper, mind you it was midnight and he helped us so much with our lack of Italian experience. The hotel is classic Italian, the rooms are very modern! The breakfast was decent just make sure you get there early as it appears Italians like to eat! I will recommend the stay just be aware that the location is on the last stop on the M2 metro line and some nights this location could be hard to get to … plan you journeys!

Vi hade bokat ett rum för tre, men de hade missat att bädda extrasängen och hade bara lagt in handdukar för en person så vi fick ringa receptionen sent på kvällen. Personalen var hjälpsamma, men osäkra och rädda. Känslan var dåligt ledarskap. Bra frukost med trevlig personal och även middagen var bra. Det var svårt att prata engelska med personalen i receptionen.

the air conditioning system broke down around 10pm and the staff brought us fans since we had 95 degrees weather it was quite hot I would appreciate a discount for the inconvenience thank you

Okay - but in need of a general refresh. The place seems dates and worn. Staff was very nice.

A wonderful hotel, helpful and friendly staff. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every one. The hotel is near shopping and still quiet at night. Be aware! Once you go to the beautiful garden, you will never leave! :) We will definitely be going to this hotel again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Vi havde desværre en dårlig oplevelse. Det eneste positive var vores suiteværelse, som var rigtig fint. Hotellet så også godt ud. Receptionens personale virkede sure, hilste ikke og gav os dræber blik. Morgenmaden var skuffende, og når noget var løbet tør, blev det ikke fyldt op. Til gengæld var rengøringsdamen den 18.-19. og viceværten meget søde og hjælpsomme. De var de eneste, der gav os en god oplevelse. Hotellet så godt
