It was a busy weekend in Victoria, but I really wanted to take my wife away for her birthday weekend. I found the Bedford Regency perfect location to everything we wanted to do. The room was charming, bed very comfortable and a big bath tub to die for. It was quiet and perfect for us.

1) Doesn’t have underground parking. Had to park somewhere else and then walk over to hotel. 2) Bath tub can use a fixing. There’s crack in the tub. 3) Add some fabreeze in the room to make it smell nice. 4) You would think $500 for 1 night would offer more value. A nice comfier bed that doesn’t itch my body. The blanket feels itchy along my body. Repaint the hallway to make it welcoming. 5) I have spent $500 for 2 nights and receive better services. Nice comfier bed. Parking and breakfast. 6) I have spent $800 for 2 nights and receive amazing services. A beautiful bed. Nice clean bedsheets and blanket and pillows. Underground parking. Nice hallway painting.

The bathroom did not have a sink; the sink was in the kitchen area of the bedroom

The bar noise beliw kept up until after midnight on a Thursday night. But the room was clean.

The parking is an utter nightmare when Government street is closed off. Literally the worst hotel ever for accessibility

Central location with good access to restaurants and shops. The room was basic with no microwave and had a very small TV with awkward viewing/sitting area, and the water pressure in the shower was not very good. The front desk staff were very pleasant. Overall, an average hotel experience especially considering the price.

Location was great! Hotel needs some upgrades but pleasant stay.

Es un hotel céntrico, en frente de un centro comercial y rodeado de tiendas de souvenirs y comida. El cuarto que nos dieron con una vista maravillosa al atardecer. Tiene todo lo necesario y muy buen WiFi. El personal de recepción paciente con las instrucciones y te guardan las maletas si llegas antes del check in.

The property was fine , the room was not what we expected ,it felt that it was a created room and outdated . Staff were helpful at all times and room was kept up in an amazing way .

The room did not match the pictures, the parking situation was extremely inconvenient and the staff was rude. We did not end up staying here because our room smelled like a fireplace, everything was very outdated and it did not have air conditioning.

Located in the core nothing felt far away. The room was a little cramped but served its purpose as a place to sleep and wash perfectly.

TV didnt work Parking is not great Okay other than that

Parking was very inconvenient. Water pressure was low.

Great place for shopping and walking about town. Only need to be cognizant of the late night restaurants that stay open with music and people until at least midnight if your room is on city side.

Great location, we could see the water from our window. Reasonably priced for area. Really clean and in good condition for an older hotel. Lots of charm. It’s a bit noisy (people, vehicles, seagulls) because of location, but found the AC was good at covering some of that noise, especially at night. Toilet/plumbing would randomly make noises throughout the day, but not big deal. Would definitely stay again.
