Nice staff

Check took longer than expected front desk. Person was on the phone with someone else while trying to check me in. Property has a lot of worn and rusted hardware. Looks like minor upgrades for being done. Tub was set very high, sink faucet position allowed water to run encounter while washing hands, and lipstick stain on comforter, which made me wonder if bedding was being changed after each checkout. Upon checkout, I voiced all this to the front desk person, and he did not seem to care. Hotel is next to a pond with beautiful foul- but hotel employees do not pick up trash that construction people make. Sad.

Hotel was under renovation, but clean and quiet. Check in was easy and staff was amazing. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Would choose to stay again.

Staff was pleasant and room very clean.

The view from the room was lovely but the bathtub does not drain and there are no grab bars or bathmat in tub. I bought a bathmat at the Dollar Store.

Bed was comfortable, staff won’t service room unless it’s demanded. Raised price 25 more for weekend.

Buen hotel, estaba limpio y comodo. Me quede 3 noches y en la tercera me cambie de habitacion, lo malo es que esta olia a perro, no me parece raro porque aceptan perros, pero deberian de limpiar mejor las alfombras cuando un perro se quede. Me quedaria nuevamente los empleados muy amables.

This property was under construction, dirty and noisy.

My wife stayed here for a one night get away. The TV, microwave and phone didn't work. They fixed the TV, plus the bed was as hard as a rock. You would think hotels would have softer beds.

Doing some remodeling, but for me a nice room. I just needed a place to sleep. Clean room and friendly staff.

Unfortunately our stay was not good. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the tv as well as entire conversations from the room next to us. We could even hear the man snoring through the wall all night. It is under construction so it is interesting to look outside and just see a couch, ladder, and fencing just thrown about. This hotel is way overpriced

Didnt say the pool was closed online and under renovation

There is NO hot tub here and the pool was freezing because the heater was out. When we asked about it the front desk said oh sorry it should be fixed in a few days but the pool still works. Umm, not without a heater sir. The gym equipment was rusty in all the connection points and the rooms were clean but the bathrooms were scuffed up and the shower was covered in facial hair. There was no compensation offered for the broken pool heater and non existent hot tub. Beds were uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

Place was under renovation and you(Expedia) did not disclose! Breakfast was bland

Clean, friendly staff Poor design, room service every 3 days, yet no towel racks in the bathroom to dry towels (you could ask for service more frequently) It was a large room with what looked like a self designed desk area, but no second chair, even though there was extra space for a chair Shampoo and conditioner in shower area was not full, so not helpful when staying over 3 days without room service Pool was clean, but extremely cold Breakfast was fair
