Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio Airport

The overall stay was good we just had one hiccup which was our breakfast tickets that were not given to us upon check in. We did not have breakfast our first day. On our second day we came down to the area and Eileen came up to us like a hawk like we were going to steal something. We are two young black adults in our 30s but we look in our 20s. I told her I paid for breakfast and she asked us for us for our tickets. When, the older white couple came behind us. She greeted them with respect and she smiled. When we came back with the tickets, she still stared us down had a mean mugged face, and watched over us like a hawk. We did not like the difference in hospitality she did not service. She did not ask us if we wanted any condiments. She constantly checked on the other table. The chef however was really nice and we believe tried to make up for this but we felt out of place. Eileen was rude, mean and disrespectful.

Everyone did a great job

Property in need of renovation. Body wash and conditioner were empty. Towels had makeup stains. Coffee pod from previous guest in coffee maker. Front grill falling off of AC unit. Thermostat was inoperable. No coffee in lobby at 5:30 am

It was very nice but unfortunately our jet tub didn’t work. Which was really a bummer.

I loved the indoor pool and jet tubs in the room

Nice, clean property. Security patrolled regularly. Good value for the cost.

The first room that was given smelled like mildew! The roof of the shower had a lot of mold. Im very surprised that this was a Hilton

The bed was super hard & uncomfortable the hotel itself was nice they had a nice small bar & indoor pool and they serve good dinner & breakfast room was just a little dated and the beds need a upgrade

Very friendly staff and very accomodating.

We enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice and comfortable hotel. We did find that the toilet leaked at the bottom around the seal. We had dinner, which was just okay. The breakfast was good except the almonds my girlfriend put on her oatmeal were rancid. She let the server know. The staff was great and very friendly.

The ceilings appear to have mold on them. The Seater in the room was very dingy and torn. Someone put a hole in the curtains with a cigarette, although the room was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. I needed the room for one night. I was there for a few hours, and that was long enough. As for safety, they did have a security guard patrolling the property.

The room I stayed in was underwhelming. Each time I flushed the toilet, water would leak from the base. The bathroom faucet appeared unclean, and the door’s deadlock was not functional.

Proximity was good

I am happy to be able to come and stay here and feel safe

It felt safe and was very quiet. What I didn’t like was it was little dirty, out dated, mold in the ceiling bathroom. Stains on the bed sheets and should be thrown away and replaced. Breakfast wasn’t that great. We didn’t use our breakfast cards for the second day and when we were checking out, I explained we didn’t use them, gave them back and asked if we would be refunded and the lady in the front said no. For the price, I could’ve stayed somewhere little more nicer. Other than that, it wasn’t horrible but I feel management may need to step it up a little to get this property back on track. Maybe new staff
