Hotel fora da cidade, mas com boa estrutura. Café da manhã excelente com muita variedade e ótima qualidade

Il personale soprattutto alla reception non è all’altezza. Colazione dozzinale. Nel complesso la struttura è troppo datata, letto compreso.

Really liked the hotel - clean, great breakfast buffet (with gluten free options!) Beautiful, giant pool. My only complaint is that guests need to pay for the use of chairs/loungers, umbrellas and towels. (And it was more than we paid at a beach club on the Amalfi Coast!)

The breakfast buffet, the pool (when open) and service was very nice. Downside was the condition of the rooms, due for some renovation as they were somewhat outdated and the lack of hot water for a day.

Check In was chaotic, we were told our rooms were due to be ready at 3pm (it was 11.45) but they should be available well before then. At 15.15, and after asking 2-3 times I eventually got the keys. The Reception was manned by 2-3 women who kept disappearing and the occasional appearance by two lads who were just playing around all the time and acting like idiots. The rooms were OK, but the aircon was not very effective. Was told it was close to the city centre, is was 25-30 Euros away - not close at all. Fawlty Towers was more organised.

Hotel molto comodo per posizione,vicino all’uscita dell’autostrada,camera ampia,colazione eccellente.

It's very nice to have access to a pool during the summer time. The room was tidy and spacious and the staff very friendly. Breakfast had everything to offer that could be expected. Shopping mall in the vicinity and easy to get downtown.

God morgenmad. Fine værelser. Meget stor pool (50m lang) hvor der undervises i den ene side dagen lang. Det er egentlig ok, men man skal betale for solstole og håndklæder - det er ikke normalt på 4-stjernet hotel og årsagen til min neutrale samlet tilfredshed

O Hotel é muito agradável. Ha transporte público bem próximo do hotel. O cafe da manhã é excelente. As acomodações do quarto são boas. Tem uma area de lazer compatível com as fotos do site.

Stay was okay but there was a car rally going on and cars where loud until 2:00am and then again from 5:00am and the hotel security did nothing about it.

Very nice pool, wonderful breakfast, close to shopping center. Perfect

Great service and stay!

Air conditioning did not work. No apologies, or fixes were offered. I would not stay again. Amenities listed are inaccurate. Had the pay 3 euros per towel for the pool. Paid 20 euros to play tennis and they gave us 1 ball.

Great location an amazing olympic size swimming pool and free parking. Breakfast was included and had great selections. Nice size shopping mall and mercado 5 minute walk from the hotel. Unfortunately taxi rides are very expensive to go to Old Town which is about 5 km away. There is a bus that takes you there but not on weekends or holidays.
