Coco Key Hotel is definitely a family friendly place to stay. The on-site water park comes with an additional fee, but it’s absolutely worth it if you want your kids to have a great time. I also loved the location it’s within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and small souvenir shops, making it super convenient for families.

Found roaches in room last night we were there Every thing clean so may be a Florida thing ..I’ve lived in Las Vegas’s an they are plentiful in the desert..

Could use some updates. But overall fun place for the kids.

La propiedad no me gusto ,las habitaciones muy sucias había gusanos y cucaracha ,tuvimos que limpiarla ,los baños rotos ,y los colchones duros ,que no se pudo ni dormir la piscina estaba sucia ,y no estoy en contra del vicio de las personas ,pero una peste a marihuana que no se podía estar ,es una pena que uno quiere pasar un fin de semana agradable y te encuentras con este desastre ,yo no recomiendo este hotel ,tuve muy mala experiencia

My family had a great time at the hotel! Location was great to parks and restaurants. Great water park and pool for kids! Hotel staff was super friendly!

Muy bonito el hotel y el parque de agua ,tiene una tienda dentro del hotel para comprar regalos ,Starbucks ,desayuno con costo adicional ,las camas comodas pero las toallas del bano no secan bien,y el parqueo lo en el hotel se paga y bastante caro .

What I didn't like is that the pool has a lot of chlorine, the swimsuits were damaged by the chlorine, the rooms are not modern, but it is nice to stay and you can sleep peacefully.

Enjoyed how warm the pool was; however I found a roach in my room, toilet had a brown stain where the water goes down. Floor was very humid for some strange reason, so we couldn’t walk barefoot, the room also had a very strong Clorox smell, but looked a bit unclean, shower rod was rusty, old microwave and lamps from the 1950s, large trash bins in the parking lot, no discretion. The kids did enjoy the water park, hands down worst place I’ve stayed in Orlando. I didn’t care much for the area neither. The staff did offer to change our room when we found the roach but we declined, we only had one more night left and the place looked pretty old and we didn’t think changing the rooms would’ve made a significant difference. Definitely never coming back

When arrive the room that was given to us was in tower 6 however with no view to the waterpark , the room also had like a wet smell we called the lobby and Alex immediately helped us and got us into a different building to a new renovated room, it wasn’t infront of the waterpark however it was on the first floor more convenient for us and it did not have the smell. He also gave us a complimentary breakfast for our family of 4, other than that water park, pool jacuzzi, food etc everything was amazing

Activities for all ages. Breakfast was reasonable and kids ate free. Near many popular attractions and property was bigger than expected. Of you have young and middle aged children this is perfect. Could have stayed on site the whole time and swam..

I really like this hotel resort — it’s great for kids. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I booked a room for 5 people but was given a room for 4. I called the front desk more than 10 times with no answer, so I had to walk there in person to get the room changed. The new room didn’t have a pillow or blanket for the 5th person. I called again and received an extra blanket, but never got the pillow even after following up. The room was clean and the staff’s helpful

Very friendly staff and budget friendly hotel with great water park and restaurants close by.

The facilities, especially the rooms, need to be remodeled/renovation.
