Looked unsafe, bad smell, lobby was dirty

The lobby was smelly, the internet was out. The elevator was broken and we couldn’t get to our room. Chose to say somewhere else

We saw cockroaches room was dirty and almost no breakfast options

Easy check in, airy rooms and elevator. The sink was not clean upon arrival; role of toilet paper was 3/4 empty and breakfast only served cereal, bagels and hot coffee. Other hotels serve fruit, yogurt, waffles, scrambled eggs and orange juice.

I wasn't notified about the exceptable forms of payment for the deposit. Which left some of my guests without a room to sleep in for my Sons graduation we were traveling to!

Roaches in the room, in the bed, night stands. Disgusting. I called Expedia and left the place immediately. Two days later the rep from Expedia told me Quality Inn denied the reimbursement. It is very disappointing the conditions of a Quality Inn. I stayed in hotels like this before and was always a good experience.

This id awful but we need a bed tonight hope we don’t get sick or die.

The actual room was not bad at all, but I did kill 4 cockroaches during my stay.

Room was dirty. Found 6 cockroaches. Pool was down.

My dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite your establishment's reputation, the services offered during my stay were far from satisfactory. The room was in an unhygienic condition and had various maintenance issues that reflected negligence. Such as unclean bedding, the lack of toiletries, encounter cockroaches in room, Unfriendly, Unhelpful Staff , unexpected extra fees, problems with elevators, and other hotel infrastructure the hotel doesn't match the online description .

No internet service Dirty room and bathroom

I've been here multiple times I have never really had any complaints to make. But as a return customer Renting a room from here should never have issues watching TV. Especially when I wanted to enjoy the night with my woman and we both work nights, so we were looking to stay up watching movies and no matter what I did, the internet was too slow and it was not able to connect at all. Even calling down to the office so things can be reset accomplished. Nothing, because at the end of everything, I was told there was nothing they could do. Again I have never experienced this before, so it was very disappointing to lay in a room and Not be able to enjoy the basic features/amenities every hotel offers🙄

Non smoking room with heavy smoke odor. Air, conditioner was very noisy and ran erratic. Needs replacing. WIFI did not work.

Dirty and mold

I’m telling you staying at the days Inn in Fern Park in Florida was the worst experience I ever had in my life. They were kind at times but it made it seem like they didn’t care the first day that we got there knowing that they seen that my mother was disabled. We were put on the fourth floor. Going to the pool, it was said we wasn’t supposed to b in that room. The keys to the door was not working on and off. We had to keep going back down to the lobby to get it reactivated, we had to go downstairs to bring our dirty towels downstairs so we can get new ones. And they didn’t have an iron up there which I had to go down there and get that. they don’t even knock on the door. Knowing that you should be always able to knock on the door unless somebody respond first before you walk through the door, and then they automatically immediately come inside the door. On our day leaving which was on June 9 The elevator wasn’t working the day before that they stated that it was gonna be fixed by the time we leave on the ninth, it still wasn’t fixed. Mother disabled. I went downstairs to speak to the lady and she told me that she had six people to help bring my mother downstairs in a sheet. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and on top of that, they tried to say that their was smoking inside of the room because they seen a clipped cigarette that was left in there for me smoking downstairs in the designated smoke area.Try to destort money from my elderly mother bc of the complaints.

Roaches, mold, used bar soap. Nasty
