Clean and friendly

The staff was incredibly friendly and that was the high point of the hotel. The trash wasn't emptied prior to me entering the room and the bathroom outlets did not work. In the morning it was a bagged breakfast sandwich that you eat in your room. I was looking forward to the hot tub that of course was closed due to repairs.

Unclean room, lock on outside door not secure, no restaurant or pool that was advertised, people who appeared to live there hanging outside. Felt very unsafe.

Clean, quiet and checkin/checkout was easy, quick and painless.

I love staying at the La Junta Inn. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, it’s very quiet and the staff is always friendly. It’s my go-to hotel in the area. On a side note, another reason I love staying there is because my Grandfather built it. 💙

The "grab and go" breakfast was a bit of a letdown. There is a restaurant on site, but not open for breakfast. Also...no indication on Expedia that the indoor/outdoor pool pictured on the hotel's page is under renovation....has been for some time, no indication from Staff when it will be operational again.

The cleck in staff was exceptionally helpful.

We paid for making size bed room and they gave us two queen size beds. After checking out they charged us $4 without explanation

I reserved a room with a jetted tub and was looking forward to relaxing in it. Our room looked freshly painted but the bathroom had a cracked floor and the jetted tub was really dirty looking around the drain. I chose NOT to have my bubbly soak because the tub looked so dirty. But the room was nice. The doors to the building were dilapidated and would not lock, so loose security. Front desk gal Christian was wonderful, friendly and upbeat.
