Nice spacious room on the quiet side of the building. The room was clean with powerful AC and comfy beds. Furniture and decor are a little outdated and the proper could use a small refresh but overall very satisfied. We would return.

This hotel is in middle of downtown Montreal. I had no problems with hotel although there was construction that made it harder than anticipated to get there. Plenty of stores/restaurants nearby.

The positives: the beds were super comfortable and the location was great. The negatives: the rooms were in very poor shape with peeling wall paper, all the wood was chewed up and damaged, and the carpeting was ridged appearing like water damage.

Great budget hotel that is clean, well taken care of. So many downtown hotels are priced beyond what makes sense, this place is still living in the reality of what people can afford.

Check in and front Desk staff were amazing in helping me check in earlier and arrange other things. Room is barely a two star. Property is rundown but based on the price I paid that’s what you’d expect. Enjoyed my stay, but this property is a two star.

Close to downtown and reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Many fantastic restaurants were close by. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel needs a major makeover

Très très cher pour ce que cet hôtel offre. Pas de savon dans nos chambres, déjeuner correct sans plus, ambiance désastreuse. Stationnement très loin. Disent qu’il y a un valet, mais vous suivre le valet aller vous même , donc pas vraiment un service de valet. Tapis, semble sale dans la chambre . Téléphone pour appeler à la réception ne fonctionne pas. Les murs sont défraîchi Seul pont positif. Les lits sont très confortable

The room had finger prints on a lot of the surfaces and the carpet had stains. I had a room on the third floor facing the street and it was extremely loud! I had to ask for a room facing the back and higher up. The staff who helped make this change possible was great.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is dated and could use some upgrades in the room, there was no soap dish, the hair dryer was not working properly.

The staff were super helpful and the hotel was well maintained, clean and fresh.
