Horrible tv remote didnt work had to go buy universal remote because they didnt have one that worked

Upon arriving and receiving our room assignment, we first inspected the space before bringing in our luggage. We attempted to turn on the main light, which appeared to be motion-activated, but it failed to respond. This wasn’t a major issue, as we were able to turn on a lamp instead. However, once the room was illuminated, it became clear that the cleanliness was far below expectations. There was visible dust on nearly every surface, the mattress was stained, and the bathroom had hair throughout. While the staff we interacted with were exceptionally friendly and courteous, the condition of the room was outdated and unkempt.

Awful. I was charged on my card for a “no show” when I did show. Then paid cash for same room. Didn’t realize they charged me twice

we did not even stay couldnt get money back. Bathtub filthy,bedding not changed.Doors wouldnt open cant believe expedia would even intertain a place like this. Had to go somwhere else was there for soap box race. Dont no if ill ever go through expedia AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Front desk employees were very nice. Beyond that not too impressed but at the rate I paid, I shouldn’t complain. No one took out the trash for three days. Ice machine broke. You get what you pay forZ

The sheets looked unwashed, faded spots and stains. The night time desk clerk was great and helpful. Lots of shady people walking around the hotel shirtless. Hallways and elevator smelled of weed and smoke. Got my moneys worth.

The bath tub, looked like it had stains in it, and the white wash cloth had stains on it, and the curtain had holes in it, like a cigarette or something. And there is no breakfast. There were a couple of stains on the blanket. Other than that, if it wasn't for the time of night, i wouldn't have stayed there. Besides that the coffee this morning was warm, and the guy at the counter said that it was a fresh pot

didn't even check in. as soon as I pulled into the parking lot it was apparent this was sketchy. people hanging over the railings smoking on the second floor. people sitting out in lawn chairs in front of the rooms smoking like freight trains. it just had the appearance of a SRO/someplace that rents to people who have no other place to go. vehicles in the parking lot support the initial presentation. just has the appearance of a homeless shelter.

When I tried to check in, I was told that my rooms/reservation were canceled due to over booking. Then the clerk said that we could get different room, probably. From her attitude, I could tell she really didn't want to help, so I asked her if it would be easier for her to cancel my rooms and for us to go elsewhere. I was told yes and when I asked if she would update the reservation to read canceled, she again replied that my reservation had already been canceled. However, this morning I was charged a "no show" fee. I tried to get a refund due to the fact that I actually did show up, but only left when the clerk agreed me leaving would be easiest. Also, I did see the clerk be rude to another guest and, obviously, dud not want to be there. Though, I didn't get a chance to stay, the hotel was extremely run down, moldy, and unsafe looking. I am also not holding my breath on ever seeing my refund.

I live this hotel. Always friendly, caring, and helpful. Inexpensive, clean rooms, and I will continue to choose this hotel when I need a place to stay for a night or a couple nights. Thanks for always being great people.

Price was affordable but did not feel comfortable around property. The tv signal kept skipping out. Beds were comfortable

Stains sheets, bathroom not cleaned very well and the place is dated.

It was dirty smelled poop in toilet. Looked unsafe. People hanging out out side there doors drinking doing drug deals

Check in was fast and easy

The room was nasty with used soap in the shower, hair on the counter, dirt in the sink and stains all over. The room was dirty and smelled. The breakfast advertised is false. No breakfast provided. The pool was two feet of nasty water. All pictures used to advertise this place are not of this hotel.

Older property with newer flooring. Bed comfortable and clean. Coffee in room okay. Coffee in lobby very cold and stale.

I got in the shower and roach got in with me damn near jumped out my skin
