My fiancé visited India for the very first time, and Agra was at the top of our list. Trident Agra was a spontaneous choice for me, based on the brand’s legacy, and I expected a wonderful stay as always. However, their hospitality went far beyond my expectations. The staff was exceptionally caring and attentive, especially when they went out of their way to provide a hot water bag for my fiancé and even arranged for medicines by sending a staff member to a local pharmacy at 11 p.m. Such gestures truly reflect their commitment to guest comfort. For anyone traveling to Agra, I would wholeheartedly recommend Trident as the first and only choice for your stay. Wishing the entire team continued success!

I stayed one night at Trident Agra and had an excellent experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly trained in customer service across every department. The hotel atmosphere was very pleasant and the breakfast was truly outstanding, with a great variety and freshness. My short stay left a very positive impression and I would be delighted to return. Live performance part needs to be improve! As singer was really good but no one there to listen him,as no proper light and sitting near the pool side area was there in the evening!I don’t feel such a good talent should be waste like this!

We had a great stay here. Rooms were clean and the staff was nice. I have stayed at other trident hotels before and it's usually pretty good. The reason for one less star is - I was traveling with my family. I had booked two rooms. Weeks before my stay I had requested that they either give me connecting rooms, or the rooms be close enough to each other. They ended up giving us rooms at the opposite ends of the hallway. They moved us to closer rooms for the second night. But it was a major inconvenience to stay in rooms that weren't close to each other - especially when I requested weeks before and they agreed to honor my request.

Check in process was slow as was crowded and the rooms were not ready. We got one room at 2.30 pm and the 2nd room at 3 pm. Next day the person was ringing the bell at 11 am to come and collect our luggage for check out whereas the official check out time is 12 noon. The service and the staff were otherwise very nice and the property is also good. There are a few activities to do and the staff goes out of there way to make you comfortable. We went with family to celebrate a birthday of one the family members and I did inform the hotel in advance and they confirmed to be arranging a cake. The Cake never came by. Guess the staff were really occupied as there were many guests over the weekend. I strongly recommend people to this property as the overall experience was very nice. Grison along with other people working in the hotel make the overall experience a positive one.

Improve Restaurant services

We had amazing stay in terms of hospitality, facilities etc. Breakfast is one area that needs a little improvement. The staff was polite and welcoming. Overall it was a great stay

We had a fantastic family trip at the hotel. We were with our toddler who was pampered by the staff in the lobby, in the reception and in the play areas. Ample of things for kids to be busy with. Real thanks to Roshan at the restaurant and Chandra in the room service.

Très bon hôtel et surtout calme. Service impeccable, belle piscine extérieure. Mon seul reproche ( mais c’est commun à tous les hôtels en inde, c’est l’absence de fenêtres qui s’ouvrent).
