Quarto com ar condicionado quebrado. Muita dificuldade para trocar o quarto.

The air conditioning did not properly reach the front room, but besides that it was a lovely stay!

Le stanze sono molto piccole. Tutte con moquette. Io sono asmatica e abbiamo dovuto pagare il supplemento per avere una camera senza moquette. Ci hanno addebitato 100 euro di cauzione e non era previsto nelle condizioni di prenotazione. Al check out non ce le hanno ancora restituite perché dicono che restituiscono la somma di pomeriggio dopo il controllo della camera.

A brief but wonderful stay in this hotel. A quick checking and bag storage allowed us to get out promptly to explore Paris. The hotel is tucked away in a side street close to Opera with plenty of bars, shops, restaurants near by. Good transport links to the metro and bus. Also walkable to major sites sites like the Louvre, Notre Dame, Left Bank. Room was a good size for two and the bathroom had everything you needed. We really liked this hotel and will definitely return when we go back to Paris.

Estaba súper limpio y nos atendieron muy bien

A localização é excelente, próximo da Ópera. O quarto tem tamanho adequado, e o banheiro é grande e moderno (sem banheira, o que é uma vantagem nos hoteis da Europa). O café da manhã é bom. A equipe do hotel é prestativa e simpática.

El personal fue muy amable y atento. El buffet de desayuno estaba muy completo y delicioso. Lo unico que me hubiera gustado sería que el gimnasio estuviera mas equipado, fuera de eso no tengo quejas. Me sorprendió que tuviera sauna, adjunto foto. Volvería a quedarme aquí :)

Very kind staff and beds comfortable and room clean. Very quiet too so a good night’s sleep! Breakfast was good though not much choice for hot food.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Walking distance to the bus and metro/train.

Al desayuno le faltaba algo más de fruta fresca

Nyrenoverad rum, mycket bra förvaring, välutrustad rum och badrum. Nära till Lovre, Opera, Gallery Lafayette. Flera bra restauranger (många asiatiska) i gångavstånd. Frukost med bra variation och kvalitet. Mycket trevlig personal.

Nice location in central Paris. The hotel is, however a bit worn out, and would benefit from a makeover. A restaurant or cafe for dinner and possibility for room service would also be good and something a 4-star hotel should have.

La habitación en esta ocasión fue muy pequeña por un precio superior al pagado en Diciembre.

Está ok. No es la ubicación más conveniente o bonita para turismo. El personal es muy amable.

以前より朝食メニューが質素になって美味しくなくなっていた。鍵が空きにくかったり、部屋が小さい割には宿泊費高いので次回からはないかな。ホテル前の道路が汚い。スタッフはすごくいい。
