loved quincy!

Very nice staff and coffee tea and soda available 24hrs. Comfortable bed and room. A little out from the downtown area. St.Louis has good bus and metro set ups so possible to walk and get about without a car. Nice Irish pub across the way serves food.

Rooms and bed are comfortable. Bathroom could use an upgrade. Breakfast was good and plenty!

Everything was wonderful. The staff was fantastic. The hot tub needed a little work on the jets because they werent working properly but other than that is was a fantastic stay!

Our air didnt work. The lady at the front desk said she would not charge me for my room, but it didn't happen. The hotel is run down. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it needs upgrades.

Clean and neat! Loved the complementary items that were offered to the guest! Pool was nice and clean! Good area for what we needed!

Room out dated, wake up feeling sick from dirty air filter in hvac unit, bath tub stained and Tennant next door smoking weed that the smell creeps into my room.

Location is walkable and parking was useful. Room was decent, we were on the top floor and it was relatively quiet. Comfy bed and the happy hour drinks was a nice wee perk. Would consider staying again.

Hotel very clean! Beds super comfortable and close to Arena, we went for hockey game and only had a few blocks to walk. Bar and grill attached, also very good.

All the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast was pretty decent for free breakfasts. Very good orange juice. Room was great and comfortable. Shower head wasn't the best, neither was the shower gel. Never heard our neighbors. Great views out our room. Really enjoyed this stay.

Upon arrival we were greeted nicely from the lady working Thursday evening. Forgot her name super sweet, welcomed us to St. Louis and told us about all the amenities the hotel had to offer. Room was cleaned and had a personalized note of the attendant who cleaned. Good breakfast, nice workout room and my husband enjoyed the endless sodas downstairs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although the bathroom ceiling could have used some paint. Overall a good stay.

Had to wait about 45 minutes to check in because a room wasnt ready, then they put us in the wrong room type. In the end they got it right and took $50 off, but the check-in process was a nightmare. Generally clean, except in corners and a few stains on the sheets.

Nice room- close driving distance to most things. 1 1/2 hours to check in because of computer problems.

The room and bed were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the breakfast was pretty low quality. For that reason, I wouldn't stay here again.

The morning after a noisy night with the guests next to us; when we asked to be moved we learned that they had already checked out and the manager adjusted our bill to compensate for the inconvenience! We were surprised yet very thankful!

Such a great location for walking to Busch Stadium and the Gateway Arch. The hospitality hours were also very nice offering free beer/wine/nachos. Very clean hotel and great price compared to others in the area. Would stay here again.
