I didn’t like that parking was not included in the rate and the facility is not located in an area with accessible street parking

My AC was not working, hotel phone was not working and had to walk down to the front desk to get assistance since the hotel room phone wasn’t working properly. I was told an Engineer was on the way. No one ever came. Day two, same request and nothing. I went back to the front desk and they sent an Engineer. The guy came up, changed a filter and one hour later my room was still hot. I asked for a new room. The front agent came up to my room to give me a key and when I opened the door he noticed right away how warm my room was. Secondly, when I checked in, I was told breakfast ends at 10a, I over heard a number of guest saying the same. The kitchen staff (female w long platinum blonde ponytail) was extremely rude and nasty toward us because she said they stop serving breakfast at 9:30a. She literally sucked her teeth and rudely said “I’m not bringing out anymore breakfast sns houte ysll are late”.

Where to begin? I booked 2 night stay but change of plans & only needed 2nd night. I didn’t ask for first night refund/csncel as didn’t want to risk not having the room for night 2 so I emailed hotel a week ahead to explain Fri/Sat reservation but we wouldn’t check in until late in day Saturday (so hotel knew we were coming & not rebook room thinking we were no show). Got reply, “no problem-thanks for letting us know & we’ll make a note for reservations”. Show up late on Saturday. No where to park without paying $40. Disgruntled guest rammed gate/arm & was on the ground when we arrived. Not a great first impression. People mulling around outside of hotel entrance smoking & loitering. Felt like I was checking into section 8 housing. Check in person saying d since didn’t check in on Friday, our room was rebooked. Had to pull up my email with hotel and wait and wait for them to find us another clean room. It was now 9:30 pm, people in beach clothes (hotel has pool) mulling all around lobby, loud, kids running wild everywhere. Only restaurant in hotel was closed (mind you on a Saturday night) and bar, which stated served bar food until they close at 10 pm, stop food orders by 9:30. The next morning breakfast had security guard present which says it all. Checked out, airport shuttle driver no call/no show. Every hassle you could imagine was found at this hotel. So disappointing as ES typically well run, clean, family friendly safe hotel chain. Would NOT recommend.

The staff are nice but it just happened there is a big group of people on a team meeting that was loud drinking alcohol. Can’t use the pool since its packed.

Great location near the PHL airport. Would stay here again.

You have NO grab bars in shower. Otherwise very nice, & fulfilled our needs. Omelet was delicious,but I would not have none it was there if not for another guest.

Unlocking room door wasn’t easy. King bed in Suite wasn’t completely clean. A lamp had either a loose bulb, or was dying out which made it flicker & dim. Overall, room was nice, bed & pillows pretty comfortable, & bathroom was clean & adequately stocked. Pull-out bed added room for an extra person, or two. A/C was nice & cool.

This was by far the worst Embassy hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were not cleaned throughly. Furniture was disgusting, carpet throughout the hotel stained. Elevators were not properly operating. I killed several spiders, spider webs were in every corner. The hotel had a lingering odor. The staff was friendly & tried to be of help the best they could.

If staying in the Philly area this is a great place to stay rooms clean staff friendly over all my stay was great.

Breakfast was good.

I booked a room so that my kids could have a pool day, just to get there and the pool was closed due to the ceiling falling in! BUT THEY DID NOT UPDATE THAT ON THE SITE!!!! My kids cried theirselves to sleep!

Loved everything except area was too industrial and bathroom sink was slow draining and faucet had small leak

Needs to be updated, water spots on certain areas of the ceiling. Broken tiles to walk on. Pool area needs remodel
