We checked into our room. Absolutely disgusting huge brown stains all over the walls and on the carpet. We asked to switch rooms and they said we would have to pay $130 to change rooms. After asking for our money back to go somewhere else they were willing to change our room. It took a maintenance person to come see the stains to believe the condition of the room. Very disappointed with this hotel and the customer service

Great location, nice clean and big rooms.

Not a bad little spot for the price. Room was up to standard and was clean. Had a couple of hiccups but staff were quick to correct. Was a little noisy at night, but expected in a tourist area. Overall I would stay here again.

Friendly staffs

Parking should never be paid . The guest is already paying for the room. Stop ripping off people . The room had a weird smell as if it was never cleaned. Never again.

King suites at this location is across from main building so it’s inconvenient when raining, cold, snowing or have kids. Room is outdated, hallways and connecting doors are damaged and horrible looking. Definitely will not come back with family, maybe on my own if nothing else is available. Book with caution!

Hotel is getting a little worn but good value for the money.

Part of the hotel is some motel rooms that is in convenient to families that take more than one room, strange people hanging out side of room smoking

Close to all the happening places.

Close to everything- hooters bar brings trouble tho- fridge didn't work- rooms could be cleaner- ours was dusty and smelled of smoke. We were all coughing the first night until the smoke smell cleared. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Great hostess at the front desk

Very positive experience during the stay. Stephanie was really helpful and friendly.

Booking an exterior room is actually a motel. We luckily were able to upgrade to the hotel . The rooms were modern, but still needed work. There was mold on the baseboards, no clock in room, and fridge had food from a previous stay in it. The lady working the front desk was very nice. Just overall felt dirty

They ripped me off. The place is a 1 star hotel, not a 2.5

It was quiet and felt safe for a budget hotel

This hotel is very run down. The matresses are old, flat and stained. The staff was not very courteous. We had exterior rooms which meant we were across the parking lot from the actual hotel in a motel like setting. While the bathrooms were updated nothing else was. The breakfast was average but the breakfast area was small and cramped. The doors were not very secure and it was very loud. We had to pay for parking which was not listed when we booked.
