Very nice area. We felt safe. We were nervous when we saw the outside of the hotel...it looked old, but the inside was very clean and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful, breakfasts were what we expected, coffee was goood!

Excellent all the way around

The room was clean and comfortable. Only problem was at checking it. Web site had a different amount for dog fees and the desk person was not very nice about it. Did prove the difference in amount and they did honor it, but not without being ugly about it.

The breakfast was good with multiple selections.

My husband and I always stay at the Hampton every time we are in the area. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast is really good. Claudia was really kind and helpful when we checked in.

Rooms were great, staff was wonderful! But the lobby and breakfast area is in dire need of new furniture!

This suburb of Memphis is quiet and safe. The old downtown Collierville square is charming, with nice restaurants and shops. Lots of dining options nearby. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. 5 stars!
