Property was as per the description. And clean. The elevators were not functioning so luggage handling was little challenging. The notice for elevators showed up after the booking. If it is displayed at the time of the booking then there is no disappointment later. Overall it was good experience.

The room was very big and comfortable

We had booked a suite and the TV in the living room was not working, Front desk staff tried to get it working but couldn't so he called up the service person for the property by the name of Hamza El.Idrissi. This was later in the evening but he was able to switch a couple of things around and get it working. We were impressed by the help, very friendly and could have easily pushed us off until the next day. We had our dog with us and having outside access was a real bonus. All in all, it was a very acceptable stay at a location we have used many times over the years.

It wasn't the room we were led to believe we booked. Wasn't ready at 6 pm. We had to wait. Lock to outside with accessible door didn't work.

Could use a fresh update and some fixing in many of the rooms

It is a nice hotel. Nothing fancy but clean. Good value

Breakfast was suffice, would have preferred a first floor room, but the one we had on the 2nd floor was very good

Probably the worst stay I’ve ever had, first the night attendant on the night of the 16th was rude and absolutely horrible to deal with, had to wait 15 minutes just to get in the building to be treated like trash. Get up to the room on the third floor, elevator was broken and room was dirty. Pillows were horrible, sheets hadn’t been changed or washed from the previous stay. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here.

This was not good value for your money. The room was clean but old. There were pink tiles in the bathroom and the hallways were dark and look like they haven’t been updated since 1980. The breakfast was not very good. Frozen muffins, no hot food except waffles. This was not worth $220 a night.

Nice options for breakfast but you definitely don’t there for luxury . Staff was very friendly though

The good - Very clean rooms. The coffee and cookies are great. And a pretty decent location, close enough to everything you would want in Saskatoon. The bad - Breakfast is literally just make your own pancakes and waffles. No hot food at all. For what you are paying, you would think they would provide more options. The 'interesting' - Get ready to hear everything, from a lovely couple on the floor above 'enjoying each other' to the screaming of 'f you' and a near fight coming from the hall. You hear every foot step because the walls and floors are so thin. Soundproofing would do wonders. It's a decent place, but I won't return. Just a basic hotel that is priced way too high.
