The elevators were not well maintained and didn’t appear clean. People were in the parking deck smoking weed each time my family left and returned. Staff were very accommodating.

Rooms were not clean

The pool is not like the pictures on Expedia. No umbrellas, broken/old chairs. This was disappointing as we picked the hotel for the pool.

AC never went below 75. 75$ deposit. 45$ overnight parking garage AND 15$ just for diving in at out of the parking garage. That’s ridiculous.

The location of this hotel is perfect, the only thing is that you must pay for parking. If you’re staying in this location ask the front staff about how not to pay for daily parking.

The air did not work in the room and when I called to let the front desk know the receptionist had an attitude like its not already 90 degrees outside. The tub was clogged and held water in while showering.

I’m so glad we found the Wyndham!

Good experience

Pool is gross and needs to be cleaned ASAP. No clean pool towels were available. Late night noise wasn’t great. A lot of door slamming and hallway noise up until 2am.

Stayed here for two nights to go to a Braves game and a few tourist things downtown. Reviews looked great so I didn’t hesitate to book . Valet staff was nice, had zero luggage trolleys when we arrived and when I questioned it they said they had been busy…our room air conditioner would not cool our room to save its life. We called several times to the desk and after 5 attempts someone answered. We made our request for towels and for someone to come look at the air. Once he arrived, we were told to keep the curtains closed on the windows and the maintenance man said he keeps his home at 75. He attempted to fix the air, still didn’t work well. Never received any additional towels. The pool has a lot to be desired, there’s a basketball goal but no ball, not enough chairs for the amount of people. Disappointed overall. The stock pictures are outdated at best.

This location was falsely advertising that they were a Marriott. They had previously been a Marriott, but we’re no longer their lack of comforts served the lack of name. The air conditioner doesn’t work, the beds were awful, the rooms were not that clean, and you could hear Door shutting in the hallway all night long.

A bit out dated and the room smelled very musty and Smokey.

So let me say that the room itself is nice. I reserved a room for 2 nights so that I could focus on finishing my next literary work. When I checked in, the staff was wonderful. However one of the main things I needed was a working television. I like background noise and something to watch while writing and the first night, I had to use my iPad to watch my shows because the TV did not work. The next morning I called the front desk and they sent a technician who advised me their systems were outdated and that they had not updated yet. After hearing that, they switched my room and immediately same problem. Had to pack up again and go to another room and the TV worked for two hours then same thing. Smh. I ended up leaving and checking into another hotel because I couldn’t be creative there and focus with no sound or shows. It may not make sense to some but, at the very least if I pay for two nights, the TV should work.

Wasnt aware that the hotel charged $75 per night added to the payment giving online for the security deposit, alot of the ice machines was out of service so i had to go to different floors, The tv wasnt turning on took maintenance a day to fix it , housekeeping Only came one day to clean the room out of the four days we stayed. Location was nice and safe. But overall, this hotel do need adjustments.
