Carpets were really dirty in the room. Front door Staff were great and helpful

Breakfast was good for a continental option. Budget hotel walking distance of downtown.

Parking is an additional charge which I don't agree with when staying at a hotel

Property itself was fine. Location/neighbourhood made me feel uncomfortable. Water pressure was fine but the water pooled and took longer to drain than expected. Breakfast was good.

Had a great stay, close to downtown and many bus routes

Room was clean, tv had limited chanels and very little options ..couldnt rent movies or watch anything really without just scrolling and hoping u came a cross something as the guide was useless. Breakfast was ok

this was our second time staying here and will not be going back. we checked in to our room and the bed was broken and it was sunken in the middle. they did switch our room whick was nice but that room the beds were squeeky we just delt with it. there was a dog on our floor that kept us up all night. ogs should be kept to 1 floor

Called and asked for an early check in, was rudley told no. And then a friend called and asked and was told they could. So I’m not sure why that option was not available to me. Couldn’t use my credit card to leave a deposit so I had to use debit and have it returned before I left. Room also had a slight old cigarette smell

Shelter nearby made it feel less safe then past stays.

The mattress was terrible!! Felt like lying in a hole. You need to replace the mattresses! Otherwise the room was clean and tidy.

Clean room, helpful front desk, parking on site was gated and secure, wide variety of foods included in the free continental breakfast

If someone would be with a family be awre there is a half way house right next door.We walked back from canada place and we disnt have any issues.

The room was clean with comfortable bed. The room could have used an additional light by the closet. WiFi worked well. The chair at the desk did not keep its height. My room was noisy at night being on the street side on the 6th floor. People were screaming from the street. Breakfast is basic. Found two great restaurants within walking distance.

This was my first stay here and I was quite disappointed. The price is good, but the area didn’t feel very safe and the check-in process is inconvenient. If you want to park in the hotel garage, you need a key to open it, which means you have to check in first. However, if you park in the back lot and try to enter through the back door to reach the front desk, that door also requires a key. So when you first arrive, you can’t access the garage or the back entrance until after check-in. This was very inconvenient when carrying large luggage, and it would be even worse in bad weather. The room also had several maintenance issues. Both toilet paper holders were broken and the paper wouldn’t roll properly. The bathtub stopper didn’t work, so the tub couldn’t be used. The body soap dispenser in the shower was empty when we arrived. Also, the bathroom light and fan are connected to the same switch, so you can’t control them separately. Overall, the stay was not very comfortable.

The hotel was nice, but could have use more coffee for a 2 person occupancy. The desk chair was in rough shape, and the pop machine ate our money. The nights sleep was poor due to excessive noise from other guests, and we were constantly woken up through the night. The breakfast setup was nice and well stocked.

Very accommodating and friendly staff

Hotel was ok, comfy bed, but didn’t like coming out of the hotel to watch Junkies taking drugs, London Ontario has a massive fentanyl problem! Skipped breakfast, was looking for real food! Eggs and bacon etc, recommend Billy’s Deli instead!

Overall, its clean and tidy

The room was clean and spacious. Staff members were very helpful.
