I have stayed at this hotel frequently as I have family living close by. On this occasion I had brought my car from England and the excellent staff arranged access to a secure underground car park very close by. When the technology of the check in system at the car park confused me Lucia from reception took the trouble to come to the car park to assist me… amazing guest care on her part. On the Sunday evening Tsueh guided me to a local store that was open the Sunday for me to get a few essentials. I phoned Marlos on reception whist I was still in the UK and he helped arrange my place at the underground car park. All three members of the reception staff were absolutely amazing ! As were the chamber maid ladies. This hotel is a total pleasure to stay in. R. Villagrasa

Quarto bem grande, café da manhã delicioso, funcionários educados e gentis, área comum de bom gosto. Ar condicionado não consegui ajustar. Limpeza excelente, localização boa.

En lineas generales, Notabla alto

El personal muy amable. Estuvimos con nuestros cachorros y los recibieron muy bien. Está parada fue parte de un viaje más largo y fue el único hotel donde nos dieron una camita, juguete y chuches para los cachorros. La habitación muy bien. Lo único mejorable fue el baño. El dispensador de jabón era incómodo y estaba vacío y había bañera en lugar de ducha. El desayuno excelente.
