Very convenient for Avignon Centre Station and the city. Pleasantly quiet and staff very helpful.

Very small room. Website pictures make it look bigger than it really is. Also half glass partition in the shower; whoever thinks that is a good idea.

Location is ok - right next to Avignon Central station is very convenient. The hotel is kind of old and run down. My room was fine, though the window was quite small. Also, I think I was given an accessible room, which meant there was no shower, only a handheld head.

Very helpful staff. Booking in was easy. Great location for travel connections and exploring the city. Good variety of fresh bread at breakfast too!

Cet hôtel correspond aux prestations habituelles des hôtels Ibis. Bonne surprise, malgré la grande proximité avec la gare , la chambre était très bien insonorisée et de fait nous n'entendions pratiquement pas le traffic ferroviaire. Mauvaise surprise, en ouvrant les draps pour me glisser dans le lit, je trouve une punaise, pas l'insecte, une punaise en acier. Heureusement, que je ne me suis pas couchée directement. Le lendemain, j'ai rapporté sans faire d'esclandre l'objet du délit à l'accueil. Le réceptionniste a été surpris, point barre. Je suis habituée des hôtels Ibis et n'ai jamais eu ce genre de déconvenue donc je ne généralise pas cette mauvaise expérience. Deuxième point faible, le parking qui est celui de la gare. Le prix annoncé sur la plateforme était de mémoire 10€ par jour et au final, c'était le double.

Cheguei no quarto e o cheiro de cigarro estava horrível, mesmo com várias placas de "não fume", alguém fumou no quarto e me colocaram lá mesmo assim. As cortinas estavam super fedorentas. O ar condicionado estava quebrado. Me mudaram pra outro quarto com ar condicionado também quebrado e fazendo un barulho horrível, mas pelo menos quarto não fedia tanto a cigarro. O recepcionista me disse que estava lotado e não tinha como mudar pra outro quarto. Me conformei, mas acordei de madrugada com o calor. Dormi pouco e mal. No dia seguinte, pedi um ventilador, o que suavizou, mas não foi bom o suficiente. O café da manhã foi bem mais ou menos. O café péssimo. A vantagem do lugar é que é ao lado da estação. Mas não me senti bem-vinda.

God seng og aircondition som fungerte godt i 32 grader, men veldig lite og slitt rom. Vanskelig å komme seg rundt. Nedslitt hotell og veiarbeid under hotellet. Kan ikke sammenlignes med de andre ibis hoteller vi har vært på på samme tur med en stjerne mindre men bedre kvalitet. Parkering (20 euro) på togstasjonen med 20% rabatt.

Staff were good

Good location next to the train station. Walkable to all tourist attractions. Rooms are small and a bit dated. Breakfast is good.

Chambre et Hôtel très propre et personnel très agréable et serviable. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Malheureusement parking payant est très cher (environ 40€ pour 2 nuits) et les 20% remisés par l'établissement ne fonctionne pas... Les abords de l'hôtel ne sont pas très bien fréquentés.

We left after inspecting our room, it was noisy, couldn't open the window , only by 10cm. It was not a nice area, felt vulnerable and scared. We had paid up front so disappointed we could not get a refund for our 3 day stay. It was not like the photos on Expedia. Think you need to look at the hotel urgent. Not suitable and scary place. Comments from Expedia were not convinced.

Guter Aufenthalt, direkt am Bahnhof und sehr nah zur Innenstadt gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet .
