Very friendly staffs, excellent location, definitely will come again

The building shows the age but our room was renovated and it was clean. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. There was a good selection of fruits, muffins, etc, but the main item BREAD was really missing. Please add that as well.

Close to harbour amenities and sights. Clean room, parking easily accessible.

It's an old building but room was super clean and Cozy. Central location close to everywhere! We enjoyed our stay there!

Our tv wasn’t working. Called the front desk twice before someone came to help us with it. They simply need to update the tvs to more user friendly devices.

Friendly staff, breakfast was ok. Place needs some maintenance and upgrading.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the ferry terminal in Nanaimo and the highway north and west. There is free parking and an elevator to the third floor (only). The room is reasonably clean however the carpeting throughout our room and the common areas is old and in need of replacement. The bed linens are clean and fresh however the pillows are not comfortable. The best area of the hotel is the breakfast room. It is well stocked with a very good selection of food and lots of hot coffee and orange juice. There is a lovely, plant filled deck off the dining area. Our air conditioning unit stopped working and we reported this to staff. It was fix that day. This hotel is not fancy but a good base for exploring the Island.

Very run down and need of some renovations. The room was not clean especially the windows and the bathroom.

It was fine for our needs and the staff were exceptional, friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast is fine. Location is good. Lots of parking. Basic but good for price. Weird that the pictures advertise a sauna yet there is not one.

Poor neighborhood, very noisy with thin walls. Room needs lots of renovation.

Good location. Room was very clean, although dated.

Lodge was acceptable for one night. However, no real outlet to recharge phones or tablets. I would also question appliances including tv, fridge. Microwave etc. being all connected on one extension cord

Friendly staff, ample parking, walkable to Sutton Park. Interiors begging for a refresh update but can’t really complain for the bargain price they are charging now. Overall great for the price you’re paying.

Room was clean and comfortables for our one night stay. Breakfast was simple and great. Easy walk to the beach front walk. I was worried the traffic noise would be too loud but it was fine.
