we thought the room is fully renewed but they only renew the bathroom and the shower place is very small. the bedroom is very poor. the ceramic floor near the balcony is broken and we are afraid it will harm the kids. the parquette floor is very old and will sound everytime we step on it. i thought it is 4 stars hotel and worth the money, after all it is very poor hotel and wasted money. no welcome drink. only 1 small bread as complimentary on our arrival. very not recommended!

It was great! The rooftop is fun to go to for drinks and appetizers before dinner and the staff is excellent and very nice! They all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great, especially Ali. Also, best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had.

This hotel is close to the station, what we saw from the window of our room was not bad, its shower room was clean. Good hotel for its price.

A little far from the main attractions but if you don't mind walking this is a great place to stay and also save money compared to places closer to main attractions. Also very conveniently located near Roma Termini for access to high speed rail to travel around different parts of Italy and coming from or going to FCO airport

I would recommend this hotel to all travellers to Rome. In a quiet area but still close to all attractions via walking, metro or bus. Really nice hotel and staff were excellent.

A perfect location. 5 minute walk from the bus station which has regular coaches to the airport. Walking distance to all of the attractions. A lovely hotel, very pleasant and welcoming staff. Our room was small but had a lovely decor and updated bathroom. I would recommend this hotel.

The woman who staffed the front desk in beginning us the morning was outstanding. She not only modelled what a hotel employee should be but without a doubt wrote the book. I wish I learned her name because I'd want her to get full credit and send her a special Thank You!

Stayed at Hotel Alpi in Rome with family in a room with one queen and two singles for 5 nights in late June. Located in a safe neighborhood near the metro, with a small supermarket just across the street. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center. Tip: use the ItTaxi app—it’s more reliable than Uber. The elevator is quite slow, so stairs were usually quicker. Overall, a convenient and family-friendly stay.

Great location near train, a few bars nearby, Rooms were spacious and staff was very very kind. They forgot our complimentary champagne and gave us free breakfast instead which was good. Great stay.

Excellent stay and great location for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and available to assist anytime. The only down experience was during the checkout early morning as the person at the reception seemed to have been having a bad day, as he yelled at the driver that another hotel staff helped arranged the day before. He got upset when I gave the bags to the driver before we fully finished the checkout.

Excellent and friendly service, nice room with modern bath and great water pressure. Excellent breakfast available. We enjoyed our free sparkling wine on our third day in the relaxing terrrace.

Excellent hotel. Not far from the Termini, but far enough to be away from the bustle next to the Termini. Very clean. Nice and roomy bathrooms. Great hotel staff. Lots of great restaurants on the street where the hotel was located making it easy to relax after a long day sightseeing. Very quiet and safe. A gelato shop at the top of the street is amazing!
