The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. I can not say enough about them. From guest services to bartender to even the maintenance guy who tried to help where he could.
Now for the bad news. Your hotel room (7th floor, rm. 705) was horrid. The first problem, the elevators were out and only one was working. When we arrived to our floor the area was extremely hot and stifling, to the point my husband had an asthma attack. Once in our significantly cooler room, he was able to take medication and relax while it worked. As I prepared to unpack I sat in the desk chair and nearly slammed my head on the desk edge when it tilled in a unnatural side angle. As I caught myself and tried to straighten up, I was then flipped out (backwards) of the broken chair. When i tried to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. I had to called on my cell to inform the desk of the issues. They apologized for the issues and
