Very conveniently.placed, across the CP from the Terminal. Rooms, Restaurant and the Awesome Staff Members will make us return rather than just the convenient location.

Easy access to the terminal, room temperature could not be adjusted below 18c which is very warm in a medium sized room. Restaurant staff were great...

Firstly, I have to say we had exceptional service both front of house and in the restaurant. Special mention to Mukesh who gave us a super friendly welcome to the restaurant and Abdullah who looked after us too. The room was great - a good size, clean with everything we needed except for shower gel (empty) which was unfortunate as everything else was so good. The only bad thing was, before we arrived we wanted to book as table in the restaurant as my parents were meeting us for dinner. It was impossible to contact the hotel - I tried a message through the Hotels.com app - no reply. I tried calling several times - no reply. I tried emailing and got no response. This was very disappointing.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and they were very supportive of my dietary requirements and my meal in there was lovely.

Wonderful stay

Constantly sign up to Accor hotels, but never they have a record of it or receive any benefit from it. Stay at least once a year for the last 7 years. Stayed at the Novotel Birmingham airport Thursday night and staying at the Novotel Edinburgh central Friday and Saturday

Clean room

someone used my room number for a free breakfast you have an uber terminal in the foyer but charge drivers £6 to pick up and collect? It was free last year, doesn't make sense

Room good but aircon wasn’t working. Got moved to a different room and this plus room service was faultless

Excellent location - literally a couple of minutes walk from the terminal. Checked in at 4 am following early arrival of our flight. Slept until 10.30 am and checked out before 12 so was ideal for what we needed. Room was fine - air conditioning was efficient and towels and bedding were of good quality (Pillows were very strange though). What I really liked was collecting your own filter water, in carafes that were provided, from a machine near the lifts. So much better for the environment. Not sure where the glasses in the room were though as we only had 2 in the bathroom. One negative which was a nuisance was that the water didn't drain out of the sink in the bathroom.

So convenient for the carparks and the airport. Goid choice of food and drink. Excellent systrm for drinking water. No plastic! Very eco friendly.

Great hotel and perfect for a quick dash to departures. Really cosy feel for an airport hotel. Great staff and service. Food is ok but what you expect at such locations. Staff can be a little annoying constantly asking you to rate them on google.
