Room was clean and we always enjoy our stay.

No microwave in the room was really annoying and the room was really dusty the headboards and light bulbs were very dusty Great big room huge size was great for my family

Dated and worn, cleaning staff very cooperative. No microwave in room had to ask for one. No exhaust fan in bathroom

Malliday. Two days of everything to do. Great stay.

Booked into hotel next morning faced with construction across room and next room/ needed to find another room.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Wet Edmonton Mall. It's very clean, comfortable large rooms and friendly staff. I'd definitely stay again. Themed floors are fun!

Room was clean, had a decent size TV and mini fridge. It is a little pricey for a plain room, however we did a girls night and went shopping, went to a restaurant on Bourbon Street, hit up the Casino and didnt have to worry about finding a ride, so the price was worth it to us. Check in/out was seemless. I have stayed at Fantasyland a few times in various theme/plain rooms and will likely return again in the future.

A bit pricey, convienent for visiting the mall.

The rooms are old and showing their age. Our room had 2 outlets that we could access which was very unfortunate. The one outlet by the beds was partially covered by the bed frame and we had to bend our plug just to fit my CPAP machine there. All the furniture showed lots of wear and tear. The room was clean but the elevators and hallways were dirty. We ate and had drinks at L1 and it was good and the staff was great. Very friendly. All the staff was helpful and very kind. Our stay was very enjoyable and we will be back.

We found the windows quite damp, even though it had rained we understand this, but the inside of the wall above the windows had pieces of the wall falling down which looks like from being damp over some time, the fridge froze all of our drinks, we found the bathroom quite cramped especially since there was 4 of us in the room and the size of the room we were hoping for a bigger. we bathroom, other than that the room was fine. we had to dust quite a bit of the bunk beds before sleeping and all counters were quite dusty

Love that it is in the mall. The beds were uncomfortable and rooms are getting pretty smelly and old. Upgrade to newly renovated if can.

Kids loved the themed hallways. Our family really enjoyed our stay!
