Sängarna var sköna, rummet rent och frukosten mycket god. Tyvärr var informationen om bastuns öppettider (kl. 18–23) väldigt otydlig. Vi bokade hotellet specifikt för bastuns skull och blev besvikna när vi inte kunde använda den efter frukosten. Det borde framgå tydligare på hemsidan eller vid incheckning.

Check in was a bit slow. Reception was nice and friendly, good short time parking in front of the hotel and larger long time Parking on the side of the Hotel. Location close to nice pedestrian steet with a lot of restaurants. Room was cold and the temperature regulator did not heat in the 3 days i was there. Fan speed was adjustable so the cold air could be stopped. Free fizzy water near the elevator. The hot choclate was not refilled - but the coffe was. Breakfast was standard, but last day there were rush-in so long line in front of the coffe maschine. Doors are not opened before time. All in all not super but pretty standard.

Frühstück 08/15. Das Personal hätte deutlich freundlicher sein können. Die Bar war eine Katastrophe. Man musste seine Getränke selbst bestellen, am Tresen abholen und dort gleich bezahlen. Das ist in einem Luxushotel nicht angemessen. Teilweise ist so viel los, dass der Barkeeper es allein nicht schafft. Ich habe 30 min. gewartet und bin dann gegangen. Das Hotel setzt stark auf Gruppenreisen, mit den entsprechenden Nachteilen für Business-Gäste. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer in Ordnung. Schlicht, aber sauber.

Hotel un po' datato, ma mantenuto bene, specie hall, sala colazioni, bar. I servizi di pulizia non erano il top. Le camere erano ripulite un po' con approssimazione. Cortese Alessandro alla reception ed i ragazzi del bar.

Fint hotel med en ok beliggenhed til Strøget i Kaunas. Morgenmaden var velsmagende men udvalget dog lille. Sengene fine og værelserne rene og pæne

Bra frukost men på lördagen dammsög någon hela entrén kl 10 vilket hördes in till frukosten där vi satt och gjorde det svårt för oss att samtala.

The room is modern and spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is nice and good spread too.

Comfortable, well appointed and located. Ideal for exploring Kaunas and lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

There wasn’t as much variety for breakfast as I expected and when I went for dinner on my last night, the service was pretty slow. Good location and friendly staff

Really welcoming reception staff, clean room and bathroom. Kettle, hairdryer and clothes steamer provided in the room. Bathroom has handwash, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Had a decent glass of white wine from the bar. Breakfast has a good choice of foods, they have gluten free bread too. Near to everything, shops and local restaurants a few minutes walk away. A really good Radisson, would definitely book again if in Kaunas.
