Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hampton Inn Pawtucket

I only stayed one night. Didn't get in until 9:30pm.l was very tired. Awake from 6:30am ,driving for hours. I really didn't pay that much attention. Breakfast was very good.

Rough area but convenient and well kept property, great staff & maintenance man was top notch.

The Hotel is right off of I-95 and very convenient to the highway. The hotel felt safe and there is a restaurant or two that we didn't try but that looked ok. There is a gas station across the street for gas (not a conveinance store). We had to get some medicine and water and went to a cvs that was closed due to lack of staff and although only a mile or less away, the neighborhood felt very sketchy. We went the other way from the hotel to a walgreens and that neighborhood also was very sketchy. We literally saw two young men go into the Walgreens and then come running out and the manager chasing them out because they were shoplifting. As long as you stay right at the hotel, I think you are fine and the staff at the hotel was great and the hotel was very nice and new . Just don't venture very far from the hotel.

Horrendous. First night they put us in a room with a door handle that broke off the moment we entered the room. They put us in a new room the next morning and the bathroom was flooded. At that point we were exhausted and took their word that the flooding was due to improper use of the shower curtain in the room above us. A French fry on the bathroom floor confirmed they only change towels and zero cleaning happens. We will never return and this experience was the absolute most disgraceful trip we’ve taken.

It was closeby to all the activities I traveled there for.

There was dog hair everywhere in the room and stains on bedding. It was gross if we had any other choice we would’ve left

While the check-in process was quick there was an unexpected deposit fee additionally my bathroom was not clean - shower area and toilet were both unsatisfactory.

Whole hotel was recently remodeled. Great rate. Great staff. Great stay. The Mexican restaurant next door was awesome!

I had a comfortable stay. Sofia was an excellent employee who not only tidied my room but retrieved a luggage cart for me and assisted me with my luggage. Excellent service. The staff is well trained and sincerely care about people.

My car’s battery died overnight, and an incredibly kind member of the maintenance staff jumped it for me!

Perfect location to walk to the Centreville Stadium for the MLR Rugby Finals. Quiet and safe location Great lobby/reception staff
